Product Description 1 meter [39.37"] length. 12.7mm [0.50"] wide x 1.3mm [0.05"] thick. 3M 9448 self-adhesive backing. Gloss white finish on the non-adhesive side. These Ferro Flex™ 3M self-adhesive strips are gloss white on the non-adhesive side and are ideal for running around a wall to make a surface that magnets will stick to. Use with small but powerful Neodymium magnets to create stunning displays at home, in the office or at school and never have to use fiddly drawing pins again. Very weak effect. - I bought this to stick along the sides of my desk, so that I could have a ferrous metal surface that magnets would stick to, so that I could hang various small items. Unfortunately, the effect is so weak, most magnets fall right off it. Even though the magnets are very strong, and on something like a refrigerator they can support a great deal of weight, they will not even support their own weight on this stuff, and fall right off, so they cannot hang anything else. The only magnets that will stick to it are really small, weak magnets, that will not hold up anything more heavy than a post-it note. Review: Works great & adheres well! - I purchased this to glue to the edge of my computer monitor to use w/magnetic “push pins” to hold notes. It works great! Is still in place after 6+ months and holding-up well. Perfect!
