I am a petite 68 yr old woman weighing 85 lbs so I ordered the small kid's for a broken wrist...OMG. I could fit 2 arms in it!! HA. Plenty of room. It works great in all seriousness tho. The grip around upper arm is very secure without cutting off circulation and keeps the entire arm dry. Works well for the money.

This is perfect for my grandson who broke his elbow. Bad timing is summertime. But this product saved him, he will be able to go to the water park with no worries about getting his cast wet. I got him a a cold med, he is 10 years old. It was a bit big, but it was tight enough that water couldn't get in. Great, highly recommend

Worked very well for my son's arm cast. Kept water out and was easy to put on and remove. It did accumulate a little bit of condensation after the shower - just needed to prop its "moth" open and let it air out for a couple of hours prior to using it again.

The sleeve is effective for a minimal amount of water, but when showering, the water gets in and gets the cast wet. We didn’t expect perfection, but it could be more effective. It is lightweight, but it could be shaped differently to make it fit better Ava less awkward.

This product saved our summer. My son was able to get in the pool and even go down a waterslide all while keeping his cast dry. It did condensate from sweat, causing some moisture, but not enough to interfere with healing.

Perfect for my 8 year old who broke her arm and has quite a high cast. It’s longer than the measurements but that’s not a bad thing. It can go all the way up to her shoulder if we wanted it to.

Highly recommend. My 3yr old is wearing the 20.5" it is slightly long but it doesn't interfere in anyway. Keeps water out when fully submerged. So much better than garbage bags, it's reusable, easy to use. Can't recommend enough.

Brilliant for helping to keep my daughters cast totally dry when she broke her wrist and needed to shower. Highly recommended. They do run a little larger than we expected even though we measured her arm but it was a bonus.

I was skeptical at first that this would be useful but it has worked exactly as it should. My son is able to wear it in the shower and his cast does not get wet. He even wore it to a pool party and his arm sat on top of the water and it still kept the water out.
