I like this pull up bar
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have to be honest, I can't do a pull up, I never have done a pull up, but I'd like to do a pull up and so I bought this to start working towards that. The convenience of having it at home makes it so I can hang and see how far i can pull up several times a day.The bar itself seems well made, the cushioned grips feel good to hang from and don't wear on my hands like the pull up bars at the gym. It's really easy to hang it on the door frame and it feels really sturdy. I was somewhat worried about my door trim holding it up because i weigh about 300 pounds, but there have been zero issues so far. It goes up easy and I've seen no marking on the trim in about a week of use.I have also used it on the ground to provide an elevated push up, it is super sturdy there too.Pros: Easy to hang, and to take down, can be folded and put away flat, comfortable to use, useful for floor exercisesCons: your door must have trim or some other "frame" to hang this

I hope this review is helpful. - This Pull Up Bar is one really tough structure.Its design lends to secure feel when I do my plain pull ups or other variations.The Pull up bar weighs 9.2 lb / 4.2 Kg and the height of the top bar from the floor was ~6.5ft when mounted on our typical-size door frame.

Nice design, very sturdy
I usually do not leave comments. But I am really happy for this purchase. The deliver is fast and the item works great. My biggest concerns before buying this is 1, if this bar could safely hold me; 2, if the door frame will be scratched or damaged. I am very glad to see that this item is so sturdy and have no problem to hold me who is around 200 LBs. Also I used it almost 2 weeks and no issues at all with the door frame. It requires no installation which is another plus. I can easily take it off and on using on different door. Now I added another piece to my home gym and do not need to spent more dollars to go to a gym any more. Very happy!!

Excellent Construction and Extremely Easy to Use
I'm 245lbs so the durability of construction is that much more important. After a good bit of research I determined the Iron Age bar to be the one for the job; and it delivers on all fronts. The specs are very clear so there is zero reason anyone should have any complaints, regarding the bar's dimensions and whether or not it will fit the doorways in your residence.Take a tape measure to the doorway, make the relevant width and depth measurements and there's your answer.I took it out of the box, out of the protective bubble wrap, unfolded the supports, attached the protective caps, and had it secured in a doorway in a matter of seconds. Setting it up/Removing it and folding the supports is literally a <10second operation.Provided you confirm that the bar's dimensions will work for the dimensions of your intended doorway(s), you will be glad you opted for this product based upon the durability of construction and ease of use.

We use this bar to relieve lower back pain!
A simple bar hung over a closet door or mounted to the wall can be used for a muscle-sculpting workout that takes only a few minutes, three days a week.Or if you suffer from periodic or ongoing back pain this device can save you a lot of pain, time & money. My doctor recommended just hanging for 45 seconds a few times a day and work your way up to what your comfortable with and able to handle.Within 3 days I saw a notable difference in pain levels in my OWN back. Satisfied so far. Easy installation.
Have been using this pull up bar for a week and it fits my exact need for easy exercise. I sat almost all day long due to work and want some equipment for in home exercise.The pull up bar was delivered on time and in good shape. Solid and sturdy parts. I installed the hook in less than 5 min, which fits my doorframe and holds my weight without any problem. So now I don't have any excuse for not practicing. My doorframe will always remind me.

High Quality, Sturdy and heavy duty
First when I opened the box, it was very noticeable that the product is high quality. I couldn't mount it in my apartment because my doors are small and not much room .For now I use it almost every day for pushups and Dips. I bought this pull up bar for myself. It is quite convenient and easy to use. The device is not heavy, but the very sturdy. I live at an apartment community, and the device fits my door very well, and it is firmly fixed on the door frame. the rubber handle feels great. The plastic sleeves protect the door frame. I have been using it for around 10 days. No signs and dents on the door frame.Overall, I like it and hope it helps me stronger.
