Could I put Noico Red on my bedroom walls and doors, to keep noise inside the room?

Yes, it’s very sticky and will stick to most things

Can you use this under ply floor on a van and out ply floor over it when fitted ?

I did not use it like that but can't see why not. But remember it is only sticky one side....

What is the difference with the noico deadening mat? Are both necessary?

I don’t believe so, I just used the Noico Red and it’s fine. Also, it depends on the age of the i.e how noisy it is. Remember, it’s very sticky!
