How well does the stone and etching last in Florida heat , humidity etc?

I have no idea. We live in the North and we just got our stone. It hasn't been out in the weather more than two months.

Can you do customized gold lettering?

We can do gold printed lettering but it is only going to last about 2 years outside. The gray engraving will last a lifetime.
