Is this just a floppy stuffed animal or will the legs actually pose, standing horse up on its own??

The legs are "floppy". He doesn't stand up on his own, but can if propped against something. I have a 2 yr old son and he loves this Bullseye;)

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson and he loves it. It doesn’t stand on his own but my grandson places Woody on it and gallops around the house with both Woody and Bullseye. Very cute!!
