🎶 Elevate Your Audio Game!
The Paww WaveCast Portable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter is a cutting-edge device that allows you to wirelessly stream audio to two Bluetooth headphones or speakers from any device with a 3.5mm port. With aptX Low Latency technology, it ensures that sound is perfectly synchronized with visual media, while its Bluetooth 5.0 technology extends the range up to 100 ft. Ideal for use with in-flight entertainment systems, gaming consoles, and more, this transmitter is designed for those who demand high-quality audio on the go.

Incredibly low volume, no memory for paired devices
This is a terrible example of badly designed electronics - the item does not pair easily at all, and when next switched on, forgets the previously paired device. If you can get it to pair, which takes about 10 tries of ineffectually pressing the single button, the volume through wireless headphones is so low barely anything can be heard. We tried this with several pairs of headphones, and then gave up in frustration. What could be a simple device has been poorly designed

Sound quality good but some lag present.
The media could not be loaded. Paww WaveCast Portable Bluetooth Audio TransmitterAfter charging pairing the Paww WaveCast Portable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter to my headphones was very simple and fast. The sound quality is superb and it handles the whole sound range very well. It is not an inexpensive device so I suppose one would expect the sound reproduction to be good and there is no disappointment on this score. However, when first seeing the specifications saying ‘Low Latency’ for this device my thought was that it would be ideal for linking my Teenage Engineering OP-1 synthesiser to my Bluetooth speaker. I bought a cheaper Bluetooth audio transmitter about a year ago but it suffered badly with a lag between pressing a key and sound emerging from the speaker. Alas, the Paww WaveCast Bluetooth Transmitter suffers from the same thing, not quite as bad but it still makes it unsuitable for this purpose. (See the attached video)Overall I am happy with the sound reproduction quality using the Paww WaveCast Portable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter it’s just a shame that it doesn’t suit my other intended purpose.

The quality of the product looks nice
I've only tested it on my pc. The sound quality is excellent so can't say much until I try it on my flight later next month.

Lacks sound quality and inconvenient to use
This transmitter is very small and thus easily portable, it also makes it convenient for use on small devices. The build is nice, it feels sturdy and sleek, but the audio jacks are poorly designed. Of the two jacks there is 1 stereo and 1 mono 3.5mm jack. The jacks are folded into the device and require a tool to pull out, I attempted repeatedly to use my nails to pull them out but the grip is poor and they are wedged in too tightly. Once out, they offer free access to the jacks and I found that they fit comfortably on most devices. The transmitter offers about 10 hours battery life and charges between 30 minutes - 3 hours depending on your power source.I had success using this with my PS4 controller and headphones initially, but the delay became too large and I couldn't use it for gaming. The audio repeatedly stopped transmitting and I could hear a lot of disruption on the transmission. On some devices like my laptop it has better performance but it didn't compare to a direct connection. For some devices like TV's or oddly shaped appliances you may need to adjust it into awkward positions for it to fit, the design doesn't help here and it is very static. It may only add to problems if your input port is in a narrow spot.

Lost patience
I ordered this and then wondered when I’d use this over the next few weeks, so gave it to my brother-in law to try out for me and review (he’s more technical than me). This is his thoughts on the item:This little device is designed to make devices without Bluetooth connect to wireless earphones.I have a set of apple airports which I attempted to connect to my thinkpad laptop. I managed to get it connected for a short period of time and (streamed some live cricket England v south Africa) when the laptop went on standby the Bluetooth lost its pairing and I found it hard to connect it again. After 2 or 3 attempts I managed to connect but the same thing happened again and again with my laptop going on standby.Overall a very stylish and compact item however I do not see a genuine market place for this item as it caused me to slow down my work (flooring) trying to pair the device. At around £50 I wouldn't be purchasing this again.Sound quality when working was very good quiet loud as I am a little deaf (right ear is broken).Overall not necessarily something I’d recommend to others if friends asked me.

Easy to use and works
PAWW Blue Tooth TransmitterI just returned home from a 10 1/2-hour flight from South America and the PAWW Transmitter worked perfectly. IMHO The sound quality was great (Boing 777). It was extremely simple to set up and use. The battery life was exceptional, on a 10 1/2–hour flight the battery indicator was at 75%. I was able to walk around the aircraft and receive the signal from my seat (even in the rear lavatory.) I used it with Apple AirPod Pro (2nd) at NC for the entire flight. The Air Pros only lasted 4 1/2-hours.Let me give you two hints:1) Turn off BT on any device you have previously connected to your headphone/wireless pods.2) There are two audio plugs on the WC01. If the aircraft has a single Jack use the stereo plug on the WC01 see my photo above. This plug is on the right side. If the aircraft has TWO-Jacks use the stereo Jack AND the mono Jack located on the top of the WC01.The only negative with the WC01 is getting the stereo & mono audio plugs out. You need to use your fingernail to get the plugs in position for use. My wife made me do it because she didn’t want to break a nail.UPDATE 3/8/2023I must update my review to provide more information if you plan to purchase.I have used the PAWW Blue Tooth Transmitter on a few flights and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.This transmitter plugs into the aircraft audio jack. That jack most times is just under the video screen on the seat in front of you. So here is what happened. (1) The person in front of me reclined her seat ALL the way back. The person next to me trying get out (even through I got up) brushed the Paww transmitter and bent the plug. I was able to straighten the plug - but I’m not sure if it will last. (2) on a recent flight the aircraft audio jack was on the edge of the arm rest - facing the aisle. You guest it. A person walking the aisle “accidentally” hit the Paww transmitter and broke the plug. (3) I had purchased two Paww transmittters. I purchased an stereo audio Male/Female cable. So here is what I now do. I put the Paww transmitter using the audio extension cable in the seat pocket or tuck it in my seat so it is protected. I’ve used this a few times and I am happy with this setup. Just have to remember to take it with me when I de-plane; since it is out of sight in the seat pocket. I know this is a lengthy review but I hope this helps you.

Very easy to use and very versatile
Have used it only with headphones and my MacBook Pro. The MacBook Pro could not be paired with my A2DP Bluetooth speaker because the MacBook uses AAC. I used this in conjunction with the earphone port to transmit to the speaker.A very elegant solution.

This item didn't work!!
We purchased this product to use on our trip to Italy. We could never get it to work and we got home after the return window closed. Waste of money as we purchased two of them.

Does a good job
This item works well. I returned it because it was not a transmitter and receiver it was only transmitter. I wanted to use it to play my iPhone music on my Bose radio and it couldn’t do that. The I write up I felt wasn’t clear enough . However it is a good product, 50% the cost of buying from the OEM (at the time). I you need a transmitter this work well.

Good for anything that does not have Blu tooth capability.
Got this so I could use my wireless ear phones with my old laptop and Zune. This thing works great! And it's so easy to set up. You could be in a coma and still be able to set it up for use!
