Can someone run through the descale procedure with me for this device? Iv tried as per online instruction but nothing happens. Thank you

To descale put 2 Bosch tassimo descaling tablets in water tank (trust me these are easier to use) fill water to descaling line (this is lower than full line) put the cleaner pod in stored on lower left side of the machine and hold start button for 5 seconds. All the lights blink And it runs for about 20 mins. Have container to catch drips. When it's done flush through 3 times like you are making a drink normally and rinse your water tank. Done until next time. Don't loose the cleaner pod

Can you use different pods in this machine

Only pods designed for that machine with the appropriate bar codes which the machine can read to produce the beverage you require other pods will nor work

How do i top up water in a mug? I tried pressing the button again or holding the button in, but nothing happens

I've found that if you keep the start button pressed BEFORE the light stops flashing, it will dispense more water

Can anyone tell why my Mackie is only giving me half a cup

Have you checked size of drink on the packets, some only give you half a cup other tassimo drinks give a full mug ie lor latte pods give full mug Costa cappuccino barely half a mug
