Heavy duty, well-built casters were easy to install and work great!
Right out out of the box I was impressed by the weight and build quality of these casters. I wanted to install them on the two legs of my Weber BBQ (that weighs 160 lbs.) to make easier to move around. Yes, the instructions tell you to mount them 1.4" (one point 4 inches) from the ground. For me that translated to 1-13/32" so that's what I used. I mounted one to a scrap 2x4 to make sure it would give me 3/4" lift when mounted according to the instructions. I opted to use the mounting bracket that allows for quick removal of the casters when not in use. Although I will leave them on most of the time, I will likely take them off and keep them in the garage when it rains in the winter. Overall, I am very happy with these casters. I just flip them down and they lift the BBQ up high enough to make it a breeze to roll around the concrete patio.

Heavy Duty!
I recently installed the SPACECARE Workbench Casters Kit on my workbench, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their performance. These heavy-duty casters, with a 900-pound capacity, have made moving my workbench effortless. The quick-release feature is a standout, allowing me to engage or disengage the wheels swiftly, ensuring stability when needed and mobility when desired. Installation was straightforward, and the casters' robust construction promises durability. For anyone looking to add mobility to their heavy workstations, this kit is a game-changer.

Great product
Well made. Simple mechanism. My workbench now sits solidly on the ground when in use but is easy to roll away when I am done. I have tried other caster systems with wheel locks but the bench remains too “wiggly” when in use.I mounted the brackets to the inside of the 2x4 legs so they are not a tripping hazard. Love the ease of bracket install and subsequent caster installation.Downsides:1. No way to micro adjust leg height if floor not level. This can be solved with addition of leveling feet to the bottom of the legs.2. Instructions are minimal. Calls for “1.4 inch” spacing from floor (why not 1 3/8 inches?). Comes with pan head screws for use without the brackets or thru and thru bolts for use with the brackets. They are NOT interchangeable but this is not spelled out in the instructions.Overall a very clever system that provides a safer, more solid workbench. Would have given it a “5” if not for the weak instructions.

These casters work great!
These are working well, but I have one note to pass along. I was hoping to use the quick release mounts to be able to remove the casters when they weren't needed. However I'm mounting these on wooden table legs and the wood screws will not fit inside the quick release brackets and allow the caster assembly to slide in. The wood screws are round head and don't allow the caster assembly inside the bracket. The flat head screws that would work with the quick release brackets are machine threaded and are secured using a nut and washer on the other side of the leg. The legs on my table are too large for the machine screws, therefore I was stuck mounting the casters directly to the table legs using the wood screws.Aside from this one disappointment, the casters work great and allowed me to move my table without effort.

The wheels roll, but they fall under everything if you actually pick up the thing you are rolling
UPDATE: so when I pick up one side to move my desk through the sliding glass door, the wheels just fall under the feet of the desk. My plan is to fabricate 4 pieces of metal to bolt through the same holes as the bolt that holds everything together. The goal is to create a stop so that the wheel does not fall under the foot of my desk. I will update with a photo when I complete this part of the project. (My goal with all of this is to give the manufacturer ideas on product improvement, because I genuinely like the idea, I just want something better. While these were reasonably priced, Installation is not always easy. I bought angle steel at the local home depot, and some 1/4" bolts and nuts. I put 3 bolts in all but the one in the front of this shot (oversight to be corrected) Everything has a drop of red Loctite on it so I don't have to revisit any of this. If not screwing these into wood, use the machine screws that come with that have the counter sink head on them. 2 of these hold the bracket with the pin that makes for easy removal. The 1/4" bolts with the countersunk screw head stuck out too far and made it impossible to slide the wheels in. while this might not be a terrible solution for some, I DO want to take them off at some point.Regarding the wheels themselves. Everything kind of flops around, and while a better design would involve some type of spring system where the wheels don't flop under everything when picking up the desk and putting it down, that will require a design upgrade..Positives. The angle steel I bought is really heavy. I don't believe it is going anywhere. The bottom counter sunk screw for the bracket is bolted onto the leg, the second on the angle. everything is really tight, and I am excited to use the new wheels, roll the desk out onto my deck, and work OUTSIDE when I work from home! I shared a picture (before I cut off the long screw and paint the angle semi-matte black) so you can sort of see what I did.One screw that is not visible went into the bottom part of the leg. The bracket hangs below that leg but not quite touching the floor when the wheels are up or off.

Different, but seems like good wheels
These are pretty good wheels. I have a table that I move around my garage. I store it on the ceiling of the garage when not in use. When it goes up, the wheels release from the large black clip, so they hang under the leg. When putting it back down, I have to swing the wheels back out and lock them in place with the black lever. It was a little annoying intially to figure out. The wheels are very robust and the table rolls around very easily. There are two mounting options... a removeable version and a permanent version. I chose the permanent version of installation. Basically six screws on each. Be quite careful to follow the instructions and mount the bracket 1/4 inch above the bottom of the leg.
