3 3/16 Inch BBQ Temperature Gauge for Smoker Wood Charcoal Pit

Decided to go custom and add this to my Weber grill and boy did it not disappoint! It's compliments my Weber very well and does exactly what I need it to do. It is water resistance and fit as if it was designed to be there, excellent value for the money.

It is large and easy to read. I have a Nexgrill 720-0783E that I purchased in 2019, and the original gauge finally broke. I was looking for a factory replacement and found this one. It looks great, but I did run into a small issue during installation. When I added the washer on the top, it did not tighten properly and it did not sit flush with my grill. I had to use two washers, the new one along with the old one from the factory gauge, to secure it. Overall, it works well. You can see the difference in the pictures below.

The stock thermometer on my smoker quit working this summer, and I bought this one as a replacement. It works well, seems to be fairly accurate, and is easier to read than the old one. The only downside is that it doesn't fit quite as tightly as the original, so it allows a tiny amount of smoke to escape around the thermometer. It's not a huge deal, and for the price, I'm happy with it.

Works like a champ. I cooked a brisket for 13 hours and compared the Galafire gauge to another gauge during the cooking and it seemed to always be within a couple of degrees with the other gauge. Great value and now I can get an instant visual of my smoker temp.
