LADIES!!! I am 47 and have recently started experiencing Peri-Menopause and the wonderful Hot Flashes that come with it. I had been considering making a Dr appointment for hormone therapy/pills until I started doing some research on supplements for it. Lemme just say, I HATE Summer, I HATE being hot and I hate sweating! So, when I first got hot flashes a week ago, I found these supplements and purchased them right away. Well... THEY WORK!! I took them as soon as I got them and again the next morning and I have not had one hot flash since!!! Nor have I had any night sweats either!! They may work for you, they may not. But, it's definitely worth a try, before going the other route of prescription meds. I'll definitely be sticking with these and ordering more!!

I do think this has helped me and my crazy hormones(4 stars), but I won't order from their website(won't give 5 stars because of this) I tried ordering through their website and when I submitted the order, the website would say there was an issue and order was not complete. I contacted my bank to make sure everything was fine with my card. Everything was fine on my end. I go back and try to order. I ended up giving up because I kept getting the "order incomplete" notification. I go through Amazon and order without issue. Come to find out, the order DID go through on the website. My bank intercepted all but one charge with the website. There was no customer service to talk to to try and sort the issue out. Good product but order through Amazon!

Works for hot flashes and night sweats!! I take this with evening primrose oil and black currant extract.

This was my life saver. I was feeling terrible because my period was not coming and as soon as I took this supplement, next day my period came back. First time, I thought it was a considence. Then months later I wanted to try other supplements and again my period was not coming and having so many mood isues. As soon I took this suplement again everything improved and my period came back. I could not beleive how magical can it be in my body. I love it!!!!!.

I have been taking this product since April 10 ( 11 days now) I noticed absolutely no difference. Night sweats and hot flashes have not changed in the least. Disappointed.
