Vintage Genuine Leather Tote Shoulder Bag for Women

I decided it was time to be done with coated canvas and microfiber bags, and get one for an adult woman. I checked prices & read lots of reviews before finding this company. The bag was carefully packed, arrived clean, and with none of the bad smell others spoke of. Very good quality for the price. It is roomy, sturdy zippers and a nice amount of pockets for inside organization. Zipper pocket on the back is a safe place to store your phone. Nicely finished exterior edges, tight stitching, metal 1/2 button feet elevate the bottom OFF the floor. Truly impressed with the quality of the bag! Let's see how it lasts....

I received my bag today and it is exactly what I wanted, and beautiful also. This is the second purchase of Kattee bags for me, and I am still using the first two. This one is more business friendly with an outside small zippered pocket for fast access, like keys, and glasses. Inside has more glasses pockets, an inside zippered separator for things that you don't use all the time, and on one side is another small zippered pocket for small things, meds or lipstick. Very happy with the leather and color, excellent delivery time also.

I like this purse. At first, it smelled bad, can't quite place what the smell was. Not leather, so who knows. But, the smell went away. It's durable and hold lots of stuff.

If I could give this purse more stars I would - it's great! As I read in the reviews of this purse, it did arrive and had a terrible smell inside the purse. I lined it with dryer sheets for a few days, then sprayed the inside with my favorite perfume. That took all the smell away. I am so happy that I did this because this purse is exactly what I was looking for. It's large but easy to carry. It has two compartments with a zipped pocket in between and three inside pockets; easy to fit all the things I need for everyday with enough room to find items easily. There is a bonus zippered pocket on the outside. The craftsmanship is excellent; the purse is not stiff but is very sturdy. I highly recommend this purse.

Love the purse, but is heavy as it's all leather. Use in winter.

I received my Kattee tote bag three days ago. It looked exactly as in the photos online. I was nervous about the really bad smell reported in many reviews, but found my bag only had a typical leather smell. It was also concerning me that I could be getting either the 2019 version or the updated one and, to my delight, I received the newer on with the wider shoulder straps and the rivets on the bottom of the bag. I love the rich brown color and the sleek, shiny look. The quality seems very good. Reviews had commented on the cheap inner lining and only time will tell whether that is a problem. The zippers are smooth. There are just enough pockets inside the tote bag for my needs with two of them open (~2.5"x3.75", 3.5"x3.75") and one small zipped one (~6.5"x4.5" w/6.25 opening at the zipper), as well as the large zipped one (~6"x13"w/12" opening). I feel safe zipping my wallet inside the large inside pocket, since the tote is zippable on top as well. Due to this and the great look it is the first time I have ever used a tote as my purse and a tote bag and it's working out very well. I carry my compact umbrella, phone w/charger & cord, mask/gloves along with the usual purse contents. I added a catalog, a manual (~8.75"x11.75" ea.), plus snack boxes (~5.5"x6" ea.) and was still able to zip the tote! I hope the bag handles will be able to stand up to similar loads! I may update in a few months.

I absolutely love this purse. The leather quality is great, it's a very rough, unfinished type inside and smooth outside. I love its organization, size (I'm 5' tall so most large purses are too big for me, this is not), and overall design. That being said, the stitching leaves a lot to be desired. As other reviews have mentioned, the stitching came apart very quickly (see pic). I bought this purse in May and it's now July. Thankfully the straps are still intact, I make sure to always use both when I pick it up, and try to keep it at a light weight so as not to rip them. Overall it's a great purse, but they need to come up with better stitching.

I am super impressed. I was worried about the comments mentioning the smell, but mine is great - no offensive smell whatsoever. It’s beautiful and minimalistic and looks like it’s well-made. The stitching looks great as well. Lots of space inside. The straps are a little floppy, but hopefully that will sort itself out in time.

Love this bag! Bought one for myself for a more elevated work bag, and my mom saw it and loved it and asked for one for Christmas. Get so may compliments with it, it’s a great size too!

This is now my favourite bag. I brought it for work to transfer file etc in, but I take it everywhere now

This bag is absolutely not genuine leather, but if you can accept that, it's a very good bag. I wanted a classic, unfussy tote bag for work. All the genuine leather ones I liked were well into the £200+ price range, but I just didn't want to pay that. As an alternative, this is very good. Its classy, roomy and had all the features I wanted such as metal studs on the bottom, zip closure at the top and also for the inside sections, and has adjustable straps. Its quite structured and holds its shape well. Highly recommend.

El producto es de excelente calidad, piel de vaca dice la etiqueta del interior, el color es idéntico a la foto, calidad en los acabados. Muy buen producto. Lo malo... Que no llegó como la bolsa anterior de esta misma marca, no trae guardapolvo, ni bolsa de plástico, no sé qué pasó... Pero solo traía bolsa protectora en las asas, y tenía unas manchas de grasa, espesa como vaselina tanto en la bolsa, como en las asas, limpié con mucho cuidado toda la bolsa para ver si estaba dañado el acabado, y lo bueno es que no pasó a mayores, venía en una caja sin ninguna otra protección. Por dentro todo bien, el forro está impecable y bien acabado... Es la segunda vez que recibo producto de esta marca y estoy esperando una tercera entrega.
