I have bought this exact bidet at least 5 times now. Not because it keeps breaking but because I keep buying it for my friends and family. This has quite literally changed my life and I make sure that all of my loved ones can have the same experience. This product is cheap, last a long time, and has a powerful and controllable spray. It has a cleaning button so that the water can run through the nozzle without spraying everywhere and a very nice adjustable spray power. It is amazing. For the money this is 100% worth it. Now installation can ethier take 5 minutes or 30. It all depends on the type of toilet and tools you have. It is not necessary to have tools, you just have to unscrew your toilet seat. (A wrench can be helpful to get off plumbing hoses). If it leaks that means you have put the washer and hose on wrong. Usually re-trying and adjusting it can work. I have had to replace the hose that is on my toilet due to it being old, but not this products issue. Installing it is very straightforward, but sometimes can have challenges with certain toilets. But you need to know that if it does leak that is a skill issue. I have always been able to fix a leak by re doing it. (Always make sure to turn off water supply when installing!!!) I can no longer live without a bidet. Having a perfect clean butt after every bathroom visit changes you in ways you cannot understand until you do it. You think that you are doing a good job wiping until you try this and you realize you have never properly been clean after a poop. Everyone deserves one, everyone should have one, and this one has always been a good option. It is cheap, straightforward installation, and a good range of water pressure. I have had mine for 3+ years with multiple moves and no issues. I have installed over 10 of these for friends and bought more than 7 of those. This is a tried and true product and if someone says it’s leaking, it is almost 100% the way they installed it. If you have $30 left in your bank account use it on a bidet. You will use it daily and your life will be for the better and the cleaner.

I lived in Japan for a while, where about 90% of toilets (both public and private) are equipped with bidets. When I finally returned to the U.S. after getting used to that feature, I knew I had to install one in my new place I just moved into not long ago. Setup was super easy; took maybe 20 minutes tops. Make sure you do have at least a screwdriver handy; I do have a set of tools, so that helped since it does not come with any tools for attachment. Unfortunately due to my toilet not having an electrical outlet directly next to it, I could not install an electric bidet seat with the heated seat, warm water, night light and drying features. I may decide to pay an electrician to install one later down the line, but so far I do love this one. My bidet in my Japan apartment did not have a drying option; only the heated seat, water pressure control, nightlight, warm and cold water. I noticed a good chunk of the bidets there did not have the drying option, so that's just if you like being extra lol. 😉 Anyway, it fit my toilet perfectly, I like the way the buttons are designed, and I feel like it cleans everything really well and when I go to pat dry, I find that everything is clear. As a female, this device is especially handy when it's that time of the month, just for that added overall freshness. Just make sure when you're installing, that you twist all the valves as tight as they can go before you turn the water supply back on. If not, you might get a slight spray lmao. I do also like the self-cleaning feature for the nozzle.

So far so good. First thing I’ll say is it took 3 hours and several different times of installing and uninstalling due to a leak. “DO NOT START WITH TEFLON TAPE” and that’s why it does not come with Teflon tape. I read lots of reviews where people complain that they didn’t get any in the box. It’s because you’re really don’t need it. It’s not needed especially on your existing water line to the tank just screw it on tighten it. After I finally removed the tape no leaks. The tape was causing it to leak because the washer inside the waterline nut, but not deep properly. On top of the tape issue my expiation water line from valve to tank that was not leaking does not seat with the provided “T” so I have to buy new one for each of the 3 we purchased. All seams good now and will update after a few days to check out all function and make sure it doesn’t leak any where. Decent product for the money and should be real easy and 15-20 to install. ( that’s how long it took with me taping every thing). 🙄

If am a very firm bidet user, if there isn't a bidet, I do not feel clean. I previously had the hose bidet that allows you to hold it and point to wherever needed cleaning, but after about a year, the hose began leaking like crazy, and eventually had to be replaced. After looking at several other bidets, and wanting to upgrade from the hose, this was the most cost-efficient option I could find, and thus the purchase was made. The installation was incredibly simple, I installed the previous bidet and this one, so I had experience working with the toilet, but if you don't know what you're doing a quick YouTube video will help exceptionally! It took less than 20 minutes, however, I had messed up when attaching the toilet seat back on so it wasted more than half the time. Other than my little mishap, it was super easy to install, which is great for any younger person who is scared that they may not do it correctly/scared of the water supply, you'll be okay! The bidet itself is exceptional. There are 4 different areas you can click on the keypad. One is to clean the nozzle (just spills out water straight down), one is for the feminine area, third is for the bottom region, and the fourth is to halt the water. There is also a nozzle in which you can turn in 2 directions. The more you turn it, the higher the water pressure will be, which the highest being directly on the bottom. This is amazing as I get to control how much pressure I need to self clean, without feeling like I am being torn apart (we have a separate bidet from a different brand in another restroom in my house, and it is so powerful that it actually hurts when cleaning. That one was $40 and this one was only $24, and I GREATLY prefer the $24 one) The only problem that I had with this bidet is learning where to place myself before cleaning. For this one I had to sit very far back on the seat, as it shoots more vertically than I'd prefer, but I may just be a weirdo who resides closer to the front of the seat than anyone else. I made a grave error that I will not mention due to personal reasons, but one tip I have so you don't make the same mistake as me is, even if you're just using the feminine wash, use the bottom wash first so you know where you're supposed to be. Then adjust your position and use the feminine wash. I've also found that I sort of have to lean forward a bit to clean where It's supposed to clean, as I said, the water spouts more vertically than I'd like. But I've learned to adjust myself, after a couple failed attempts.! All in all, I LOVE this bidet. Super easy to install, cleans well, cost-efficient, and honestly looks incredibly sleek!! I will try to update again with how long it lasts, but hopefully I never have to buy another one again (thinking positive). I recommend this bidet to anyone who's looking for a replacement bidet, or is looking to get into bidets !!! You will not regret it:-)

Life changing! I honestly don’t know how I went this long without a bidet. It was super easy install, easy to get used to, works great, and leaves you feeling so much cleaner and fresher. Once you have one, there’s no going back. Absolutely worth it—I highly recommend it!

Very Happy with this Purchase. Best 23. Bucks I spent. Easy To Install. Had it done in about 20 Minutes. Works Well. Does what it says. Modified my 5 inch Riser, Back Troubles. Got that On No Problem. You get Used to it. Positioning maybe required for exact Cleanliness. Loved the Fit and Self Cleaning Design. Very Fresh Feeling after use. Using way Less TP when Going #2. Have GI Issues. Wondering why I didn't buy one sooner. A Former friend had one at her home and was especially happy with it. Not sure same Model. However, the models I seen were rather pricey. So Very Happy this isn't Pricey and does the job. 100%

I just moved into a new home, and as excited as I was, I started missing some of the little comforts from my old place. One of them was my bidet. I ordered these for the new bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier. It was really easy to set up, and it looks like it’s always been part of the bathroom. The water pressure feels perfect, and the controls are simple enough that anyone can figure them out right away. Using it honestly feels like a small luxury every single day. Having this in the new house has made it feel like home so much faster. If you’re thinking about getting a bidet, this one works flawlessly and makes daily life just a bit better.

Great bidet. Does the job at an affordable price. However, after just over a year of use (just me) the nozzle had issues with retracting. Contacted customer service who sent a replacement no problem, so that was nice. However after about another year of use it did the same thing again. Overall it was very easy to install.
