Mandoline Jumbo Slicer, Japanese Stainless Steel Blade, Beige

Received the product after waiting a month. It looks used or refurbished — the blade isn’t evenly sharp and seems to have been poorly sharpened by someone unprofessional. Very disappointed with the quality .

The blade was all scratched up and the bevel was not aligned out of the box. This means that cuts are wonky and I am even more likely to cut my fingers on the bits of the blade that are slightly raised. This looks like I was shipped a used product and not what I expect of a product that cost close to £70.

Corta increíble ciertos alimentos, pero por ejemplo un camote al final del corte se rompe la rebanada por la dureza d del alimento, por otra parte es poco estable y me cuesta acomodarla xq se resbala fácilmente

I would have gladly paid more for cross-cut in this size, but I have a smaller Benriner that does that pretty well. Check carefully the first time you use it.. the teeth of the safety guide on mine were slightly too long, and I had to pick a few plastic bits outta my potatoes. All better now. :) Calibration is not too loose. Blade is what you might expect; smooth action.
