Great bang for the buck. Instructions sparse.
None of the sd cards would mount on my computer (maybe because I use linux) Questioned seller and received response with valid link within 24 hours. Research on internet revealed that some of the test files wouldn't print. I found the cura settings and defined a printer 150 X 150 X 150 with the start and end codes I found (at end of this review). Loaded the part the I needed into Cura and sliced it and loaded it on a sd card. Loaded the PLA filament that came from the printer and let it rip. From observation I will need to adjust the z-offset a little. Other than that, printed nicely. If this is your first printer, prepare yourself for a steep learning curve. My printer arrived without any tweaking, yours may not. Troubleshooting 3d printers is definitely an acquired skill but there are lots of resources on you tube to help a beginner. The auto level on mine worked fine (eliminating a sometimes frustrating step). Unfortunately, some people had to tweak theirs in order to get it to work. The bottom line is I don't see how they can make money building these things for the price they are going for.gcode start:G28 ;HomeG1 Z15.0 F6000 ;Move the platform down 15mmG29 ; Auto LevelG92 Z.-6 ; Lower = Z Pos, Lift = Z NegG1 F200 E3G92 E0Gcode end:M104 S0M140 S0G92 E1G1 E-1 F300G28 X0 Y0M84

Had high hopes for this printer but save your time and money and keep looking. 😔
Purchased this with hopes would be a decent secondary 3d printer. Unfortunately I spent all day trying to adjust and level this printer with no results. Couldn't even get one successful print out of it. It's an OK build for the money. The auto level function didn't work at all and the ribbon cable was badly kinked during packing. I don't like leaving bad reviews and would have rather left a more positive review if it at least worked.

Great printer for the price and quality
Great printer some problems in the beginning with instructions but also with the non-heated bed you have warping issues with prince even with PLA also the auto leveling feature is a little bit touchy and take some settings I find .1 first layer height does good I also use glue but I’m gonna try to add a heat bed in the future.

Not quite as advertised... meh
It is clear that this is really cheaply made. Also, mine came with a 2GB SD card instead of a 4GB card which is what was advertised on Amazon. There are several files on the card including instructions (some in Chinese), software (some of which was corrupted) and settings files for the CURA slicer under Repetier Host. I tried to print some of the GCode files directly but most of them print one layer and then move the Z axis as far as it will go away from the bed and attempt to print in mid-air. A few of them work. Namely those files made specifically for re-printing parts for the printer (as some parts are 3D printed). I get the best results printing using Repetier Host via the Cura slicer. The auto leveling feature does not work very well. The first layer I print of anything is very un-even. This unit does not have a heated print bed. But if you set the Z offset to something greater than what they recommend you will get greater adhesion. The goal (IMO) should be to have the printer print the first layer very thin as this presses it onto the glass tightly, thus allowing prints with very little or no glue. This also seems to combat warping at the corners. I have printed a spool holder that attaches to the handle and another part to act as a filament guide. In all this is a workable printer but do not expect it to be on par with its more expensive cousins. If you are a beginner, I think you will find the overall experience to be too difficult but if you have experience with other printers and like a challenge and have significant time for trial and error, its a better experience than a root canal minus the pain killers.

Best finished product after working out the gcode and zaxis kinks..
By far the cleanest printer Ive ever seen, after working out a few quarks in the gcode making sure the your zaxis is set perfect is key then you get flawless prints..I Thought Id save a few bucks and get an open box from amazon warehouse. It came packaged inside out and the frame was bent but because It still would level out and print flawless layers(after replacing a few parts) I found the tech support more than helpful and the company gave me a 50% off coupon for a new one after I returned the old one. The new one is by far printing better than any of the 100+printers Ive built and sold for stem and so on.. just go and copy the beggining gcode from one of the parts u can print and paste it to your slicers profile there. Same for thend gcode) also level your xAxis via the arm there are two screws holding it use them to level it to the bed since I use a sticker platform on the glass my zAxis adjust is0.20...terribly disappointed its not available..Update I bought anotherone as a gift and setting my z axis offset to 1.5mm while using the glass seems to be the moneyspot... it was a wierd star for me too not being able to level the bed but now its just something I don't have to worry about.. btw cr10s had the same ribbon so u can find a protective chain for it.

Think twice
Good printer, bad part is the software they give you have to pay them to get the whole version. If you buy a product wouldn’t you think it would be best for those that buy it to have full use of your product? What a rip off. I have hardly any internet signal or connection where I am. So all the on line programs don’t work. Spend all day away from home stupid just to make something. Get with the program and help your buyers people.

this thing is a piece of crap dont buy!
Bed will not level, Cant print anything, Nozzle will scrape the glass. Changing settings or driving by provided software does not help. Preset G Codes that came with printer will not print. This thing is junk. We have seven printers this is the first one that will not do anything but upset you! Don't buy, looked at reviews after we had problems and many say the same thing. I guess we are beyond our return window will have to eat this one.
