I will order again!
BEST SELLER: Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a cup and after emailing them they called within two hours, replaced immediately, and listed to my suggestions about the cup design.PHOTO INSERTION: When you insert your photo, DO NOT push it in as far as it will go. Only push it far enough so the cap will screw back on. If you let it go below the 'lip' it will most likely get stuck. DO NOT use photo paper, use cardstock. It is a tight fit but you want that otherwise your photo would shift.MUG: I gave as a gift so I don't know how well it works as a mug, but I imagine it's just like the other travel mugs out there. It is stainless steel and I really don't think the photo will get wet during washing, as the cap is lined with a thick foam to create a tight seal. Of course it's not dishwasher safe...whomever complained about that is silly...most travel mugs recommend or require handwashing. The lid looks like it would be dw safe, which is the hardest part to clean anyway. This has a smart design and allowed me to give with several inserts, so the recipients could change out the photo as little or often as they want! Please take heed in my advice about inserting your photo. Having the photo insert from the bottom makes the design top notch because you don't have to worry so much about it getting wet inside. The stainless steel mug part is molded with a lip so the plastic meets the steel on the outside and is formed together VERY well, so leaking should be of no concern. This mug (and seller) is totally worth the money. It's in line with other photo mugs on the market pricewise but I think the design is superior. I took a chance going with this over the name brand and I'm so glad I did.

I didn't realize that it wasn't a screw lid so you really don't have a good sense of security with hot beverages (it's a pressure fit, the type you just push down to close). It is also NOT dishwasher safe so you do have to hand wash it. It is easy to take pictures in and out of the sleeve and so far there haven't been leaks while drinking cold beverages from the cup.

Defective product
I tried to insert a drawing made by my 3 year old for her aunt. The drawing got stuck in the mug.I requested a replacement from the vendor. They offered to remove the photo with tweezers even though I already stated the drawing was stuck. I had tried to remove it already with two pairs of tweezers. The drawing ripped slightly when I attempted that. After checking the prior reviews more thoroughly, I noticed that other reviewers also stated their photos / drawings / inserts got stuck. However, this vendor continues to sell a defective product. I want to keep the drawing, so I will just break the mug to get her drawing out and simply never purchase anything from this vendor again. I will get a better mug from a different vendor.

Paper stuck
I received the product and unscrewed the bottom (per the instructions) to fit in my customized paper. However, I noted on the instructions that a photo mat was supposed to be included, which I did not find. Consequently, the paper got stuck in the container and my gift is ruined. Gave it two stars because it would've worked fine as a normal tumbler if the photo customization was not a property. It is really hard to insert (and take out) the paper so be aware. Maybe you should attach your paper to something more slippery so it can come out without getting ruined.

Not too bad
Its alright. I had an alladin customizable mug that was stollen, but I decided this time to try a different brand. Dumb of me but I thought that cap screwed off... When really it has to be pulled off. Oops! It also sucks that it didnt come with any insert so I just randomly cut my jo ann fabrics glitter paper and stuck it in there, or should I say struggled to get it in because it was really tight. Its not too bad. Kept my warm drinks warm for a longer period of time than normal.

DIY's money saver!!!
I wanted one of those nifty name brand tumblers for taking my morning cup of Joe to work. But the cups cost as much as the premium coffee I like ($15-$20). So, I searched and searched for a DIY mug like this. None of my local stores had it. All they have is the fancy, snobby "I'm so rich I drink coffee out of a $$$ mug" mugs. So, I ordered this cup along with my last order of Death Wish coffee (its awesome too...more on that in my other review). Surprisingly, the pound of coffee came with a nice big round sticker with their iconic skull and crossbones trademark. Made this tumbler super easy to decorate. Just cut out the template that comes with it, I taped the sticker to the template so I can re-use it later, unscrew the bottom cap, slide it in, screw the bottom back on... wallah!!! Love it!

Great gift!
Bought this for grandparent gifts! They stole the show (the photos inside did, but the display that these mugs provide is excellent!) We were able to put 5x7 photos in the mug itself with a little room to spare.

It is a good insulator though and it keeps my dads coffee hot
I bought this for my dad on his birthday. The finished product after putting in all the pictures was gorgeous but if you dropped it or moved it around, the pictures would shift. It was very difficult to put pictures in since the gap to push them inside was very small. I had to use pair is scissors to push each picture down but it would bump into another one and they would all shift. It is a good insulator though and it keeps my dads coffee hot. I would recommend but be aware that it is very hard to insert pictures and keep them in their place.
