I am happy with the sealant
I am happy with the sealant. It dries to a rubbery fell and adheres well to all my roofing materials. Only time will tell if it holds up well. I cleaned up with mineral spirits which worked well.

Wear gloves and make sure to not get it on an area you don't want it!
Used this product for years never had an issue when installed correctly. Stays flexible forever great for areas where areas have expansion or some movement.
