Ok for the cost....
The quality is not the greatest, but about what you can expect for the cost. It arrived squished and wrinkled in an envelope, but the steamer was able to get it to look pretty close to the picture. I did have to remove the ribbon and jewel and reposition as the placement was a bit awkward.

This little hat is just what I wanted. It's made really and it's going to be part of my halloween deco.

Floppy, but can be stuffed
This hat is cute, kind of flimsy, but can be stiffened with stuffing. I took off headband, added hair clips, outlined stripes with fabric paint (stiffened it) and added a tulle pouf!

A "Toy" Hat is a Better Description
I thought I was buying a fun costume hat, but this product does not look much like the photo. It is NOT a good costume hat. The shape is more saggy because the material is a cheap polyester foam-like fabric. It's nice and inexpensive, so I'll keep it for my hat bag for costume parties (for folks who don't want to wear a full-costume.)

Loved this hat
Loved this hat. It held up to my expectations. Was fun to wear. Convenient to fold and tuck away A great idea for storage !!! We hosted a Mad hatter event Many asked where did you get Your hat ?! Loved the hooks for the Headband and kept it in place Well designed Thank you

Ni se parece al de la foto. Esta muy pequeño, llegó arrugado y la diadema ni se acomoda bien para que uno pueda usarla. Por el precio pueden comprar algo mejor.

Doesn’t Stay up
It’s a top hat but it doesn’t stay in position. The material came wrinkled and stayed that way

Complete garbage
This is a over priced, useless, “hat”, the dollar store has better products and they won’t let you return it.Obviously they don’t want their garbage back.
