Delicious food

This allows my wife to have lectin free pasta. And it tastes great.

Delicious. Can’t really tell the difference in taste from a wheat pasta. The texture is a little mushier and I found it didn’t take as long as the package said to boil it. So just plan on boiling for a couple minutes less than recommended and it will be fine.

Excellent tasting organic, no wheat pasta. Love finding millet pasta!

Disliked: I wish I had picked up on "product of China" on the box first... Liked: It was decent.

This tastes OK. It looks good when you’re serving it, kind of a bland taste and it gets really sticky and gummy. It does not reheat well it just turns into mush. The sorghum pasta by this company is much better tasting even though the color is kind of odd.

Gundry approved no lectin pasta. It even tastes good!

I have several medical conditions, that propels me to eat only certain foods. Millets are the only grain that suits me. So I am always hunting for best products. This is one of THE BEST pasta I ever had. If you check out their store, they are always running out of their products. That should tell you something! Go for it. Once you taste it, it will change your world for sure.
