Great product!
Love this millet pasta! It has a good texture and a good taste. It is gluten-free, it cooks within 10 minutes, is a great quality product and a great value for the money. I do wish it wasn't so expensive but it is a great product!

A great gluten free alternative!
Delicious. Can’t really tell the difference in taste from a wheat pasta. The texture is a little mushier and I found it didn’t take as long as the package said to boil it. So just plan on boiling for a couple minutes less than recommended and it will be fine.
