How do you recommend cooking if my plan is to create a gyro greek salad: shaved meat over cucumbers/tomotoes/olives/feta/onion.roast?grill?bake??

I would suggest grilling as there is quite a bit of grease produced when cooked.

Kronos boasts that they have Halal gyro products. I wouldn’t count on it. (Perhaps contact Kronos customer care and ask about all of their gyro products?) This is an authentic Kronos product.

How many pounds of meat did you receive?

It should be at least 10 pounds since each strip is 1.25oz and there are 128 total will yield 10 Lbs.
