I have two Dalmatians, and as many owners know, this breed tends to suffer from allergies — almost anything can irritate their skin. I’ve tried several shampoos in the past, and most either caused itching or left their coat looking dull. Since switching to Nature’s Specialties, especially the Hypo “Aloe” Genic shampoo, I’ve had zero issues. Their skin stays calm, their coat is soft and shiny, and there’s no strong fragrance that might trigger a reaction. Every product I’ve tried from this brand has been gentle and effective. I highly recommend it to anyone with dogs that have sensitive skin.

I use this for dogs who are allergic to most other shampoos and I haven’t had any issues yet. It leaves them soft and I don’t notice much of a scent but it still leaves the dogs smelling not like a wet dog. Will be buying again.

I love this shampoo. It smells so good and cleans so well. My dog is very itch and this shampoo is gentle enough to use every couple days.

Smells fine, nice and mild. But you definitely can’t go by the ratio they list. It’s much more watery than that. I’ve tried multiple times to get some lather from the recommended ratio and can’t. So end up using a lot more product. Would not buy again. Updates: I am changing my review to 5 stars. I was mixing it incorrectly and I’m so embarrassed and apologetic for saying it was too watery. Excellent product. Highly recommend.

It smells nice. It didn't stop my Pom from itching. His allergy is probably to something he eats, who knows.

YES! YES! YES! I have tried every hypo-allergenic shampoo there is. Finally was turned to this product and it was amazing! The ONLY one that doesn't leave a weird waxy feeling after a few days, it helps keep his coat clean, stopped all itching and it lasts FOREVER! Do not forget to put into another bottle to mix 1/12 of this shampoo with warm water! Don't just apply a bunch on! :) TIMBER SAYS THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This product is easy to use and rinses very well. Our pups hair is soft without blowing it dry. Most importantly it works better than the special shampoo that the vet gave us to deal with allergies to grass. One last important comment, our Goldendoodle has white to very light colored brown hair. He looks almost as good as he does when he comes home from the groomer. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

Sure works. Our dog is large, hairy and very smelly. Even after the groomers visit within a few days that old smell returned. After using this product, she is still smelling great weeks later. Her fur is very much more brush able and soft as well. Highly recommend!
