Yes it is gluten-free! I always chop more Fresno chilies and red onion in rice, have it with eggs an salad, you could definitely use any gluten-free rice! Delicious

If I have leftover spices, do I need ro refrigerate?

Each packet contains a spice paste. I use all the spice in a packet at once. Because I live alone, I usually have more than one portion. I refrigerate the leftovers.

I got really excited about this when I heard it didn’t have msg, but then I see that it has 1190 grams of sodium!! Is that per package or serving?

Oh wow! That would be a lot! That is not correct. Each serving has 480 mg of sodium. There is 4 servings to a packet but I can get 8 servings per packet instead of 4. So cut that number in half!!
