Feels better made than the factory key fob
I needed a replacement key fob for my 2018 Ram 1500 and the dealership quoted $300 without programming. I felt this was a ridiculous amount of money for such a device. I looked around and saw the good reviews for this product so I ordered it. I received it in a timely manner. I have to say this fob feels more solid than the factory fob. I had it programmed somewhere else and it works like a charm. Would definitely buy again and save some major money..

Keys will not program
I am a certified Chrysler tech at a Dodge dealership and program keys all the time. When I attempted to program these keys to my truck the Chrysler vehicle interface states both of these keys are "Damaged or Programed to another vehicle". I made sure before purchase they are the correct part number and , most importantly, the correct FCC ID #. That means these are NOT new keys but recycled and are locked so they can't be reprogramed. Don't waste your money on these. THEY DON'T WORK!

Need locksmith to program
First set one was not programmable, no hassle return. Great price compared to dealer. You will have to take to local locksmith to program. My local locksmith charges a flat $80 to program both.
