If it was truly herbal.... How it can be less in price compared to other herbal products???

Personal care products are sold at very high prices as they have incorporated very high margins. Customers buy them because it is for personal use. In home care we have incorporated very low margins as they are given lower priority as compared to personal care products. Our margins are less and is priced at about 10-15% more than chemical counterparts. If we price more we will not be able to sell as consumers need homecare at lesser price.

How can it be 100% herbal with the use of synthetic fragrance?

The label says 100% Herbal actives which means that all active ingredients are herbal. Fragrance is semi synthetic as we could not get the efficacy of smell with a 100% natural fragrance. Hence we used a semi synthetic fragrance. We do not say 100% Herbal anywhere on the label.

Is it sulphate and phosphate free ???

Yes it is free from Sulphates and Phosphates

Can I wash Silk blouse?

Yes ofcourse. Though dont expect great cleaning for very dirty cloths
