Bought this mat for my home workout area, makes me feel like I am at the gym. It has a great non-slip surface with just enough padding to not need shoes or socks, but not too thick where it challenges your balance. My husband and I work out together on the 6'x8' mat and it is just enough space. At the end of our workouts it's very easy for us to roll the mat up and put it away. It came with 2 straps as well as some workout gloves. My husband’s knees are not great so the cushion helps when he is doing squats or jumping exercises and it is comfortable on the back when doing abs workouts. I was a little nervous when putting weights on it but so far they don’t seem to leave any indents. I am very pleased with this mat and look forward to many more workouts!

I've been using this mat for a little over a month now for Focus T25, and thought that the wrinkles, that were most likely caused during the manufacturing process, would flatten out over time but they haven't. Maybe this is partly why it slides all over the place on carpet more than it should; causing me to have to put weights on the corners to keep it in place. Overall the mat serves its purpose, but is of average quality and I would not purchase again or recommend to a friend.*Update*: After leaving this review I was contacted by customer service, who in turn got me in contact with management. Management deemed the mat to be defective and sent out a brand new mat. Upon taken the mat out of the bag I could immediately tell a difference in the quality. After stretching the mat out I gave it a quick 5 minute agility test, and the mat exhibited little to no movement on carpet, where as the previous mat shifted positions under my feet. Customer service was great and I received the replacement mat within a week. Now I have a mat of premium quality that I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a premium exercise at a very reasonable cost.

I love this mat. There are no fumes or odors right out of the box. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and can stand up to tough cardio workouts and lifting programs. Eco-friendly and top quality, you can't get any better than this mat.

Fantastic equipment mat!!! I run a small gym club and I use them to protect my floor from damage and sweat while doing some exercise. The gym equipment is extremely stable while using the mat. They are a little indentation on the mat after user from the trainer feet but they don't appear to be causing any permanent damage.

This mat is great and the perfect size for doing Beachbody exercises. We have a gym in our basement that is carpeted, but were looking for more cushion and this mat is great. It does move on the carpet, but only slightly. It also came with a free pair of gloves.

This is not a long term review yet, however I can say that first impressions are positive. It is heavy and seems well built, it bounces back to its shape after setting dumbbells, kettlebells, etc on it. It is thicker than expected and thicker than other mats I have purchases to put under spin bike and treadmill. So far positive experience.

I am absolutely in love with this mat! I am happy that I purchased the one that is designed for a little more than yoga even though I find that it is perfect for yoga as well, I just throw a nonskid yoga towel on it. It is sturdy and comfortable. I have it in a small carpeted room and it allows me to do yoga and I don't have to be afraid of it scratching when I do zumba. So far it's been great! I was hesitant because of the price but the quality really shows. It came in a travel bag that is well made, gloves, care instructions, and it says it has a lifetime guarantee on it! WIN! Also, it has no terrible odor...

I got last one, the big one, so nice, perfect!
