This water flosser is gentle. If you want something pulsating and straight forward, this is your product. I love that it has a dial that I can speed up the force or lessen it. I find that I use it a lot at 10 and I would like a little harder. But it’s easy on the gums and with persistence gets the job done.

I haven't tried a countertop Waterpik, so I can't compare them. However, this is in another ballpark when compared to my portable Waterpik. The stream is pretty powerful on setting 8, and my mouth feels very clean after I'm done; the portable Waterpik doesn't even come close. it comes with a bunch of attachment tips, but I just use the standard one. The toothbrush tip didn't seem to do anything, and the others didn't seem as effective. Im really happy with this, and not only because it's very inexpensive. This could be a plus or minus depending on what you want; it's fairly small. It sits comfortably on the edge of a small sink. The plus side is that it takes up little space; the downside is you need to make sure the reservoir is filled whenever you use it.

This is a great product and my boyfriend has been quite pleased with it. It was purchased as a Christmas gift and I would recommend this product. It works as well as if not better than any of the name brand water pics.

Dentist recently suggested getting one of these units. Saw some good reviews on this one, and after trying definitely agree. As you can see in the pictures the unit is attractive and has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving around on the bathroom counter. It comes with a very detailed instruction manual, which unlike many products is actually large enough that you can read it. One of the great design features of the unit is that the reservoir top opens up and functions as a storage unit for all the various heads you can plug into the unit. It also has a continuously variable control to adjust the flow / intensity of water. Highly recommend this unit.

Worked well but the on off switch broke in 6 months.....not such a great value!

I got this as a cheaper addition while my Waterpik is in storage. It is every bit as good for a fraction of the cost. I absolutely love this and don't even miss my Waterpik anymore. I'm back to water flossing and healing my gingivitis.

Got this for my mom as a gift. She didn’t like it at all. It barley worked and we had to return it. We ended up going with a cordless option that was way better.

Works well and love the way it makes your mouth feel and you guys don't have to just use water... You can add your favorite mouthwash even water it down if you want better than a toothpick or floss just awesome sauce!!!
