I also have very fine hair but these scrunchies hold my hair well and they slide off without breaking or pulling out my hair. Especially the velvet ones.

Are they american made?

I don’t know. If you’re looking for top of the line quality i would say look elsewhere. But these are definitely cute. Even if u like half of them I’d say worth the few dollars this costs. I shared at a bachelorette party and everyone loved them as a surprise.
