The Princess in Black 6 Book Set Action & Adventure, Humor & Funny Stories

If you are tired of reading the same books this series is for you & I suggest this 6 pack because it’s awesome for beginning readers and as a bed time book we purposely stopped every 2-3 chapters (1-2 books a week) and it left them wanting more. There are areas to make funny monster voices. PS: it must be good if my 10 yr old Pokémon & sports loving boy snuck in to read to his sister! That’s a Win Win in our house 💙

I saw a negative review stating the books were not the same size or look and the buyer was disappointed. I saw a box set listed that was over $43, a $13 difference so I decided to order this set of 6 and just give an odd set as a birthday gift.I was pleasantly surprised to find that I have a beautiful, matching and sealed box set to wrap up.Yes some people will have a bad experience but not everyone does and I’d say take the chance and order this set if you are wanting the 1st six books.

These are great beginner chapter books. My 7 year old who is a bit reluctant to pick up a book has really enjoyed these. Some words give her a challenge, but overall, she has done well. These are definitely twaddle in my opinion, but sometimes you just gotta let them read whatever in order to get them to read. With fun, silly stories, I haven’t come across anything inappropriate though (like fart jokes, ugh), so that is appreciated.

My daughter had them on a list for summer reading and absolutely loved them. She read three books in two days!! She’s seven! It’s the most engaged I have seen her.

The books are fine, but they sent us books 2-7 which made for an odd birthday present.
