I have been using it for about 9 months. It has definitely helped. It does make my dreams a little more vivid than I remember but I’ll take that over not sleeping well.

My doctor prescribed these to help with sleep and adrenal problems. I take two (2) before bed every evening and they really help me get better nights rest. These are not a sleeping pill and they will not act like one, but I do find them to be very helpful.
