Installation was easier than I feared and operation so far (about two weeks) is good and uneventful after charging and discharging 4 times as installation instructed. my device is a 2020 purchased Inspiron 5593 and original battery was retaining charge less than 60 minutes before dropping below 20%. Replacement is behaving much better.

My old battery gave up, and I had to keep the Mac on the charger, as soon as I unplugged the charger the Mac would shut down. This is a good replacement, Install was fast, worked immediately and charges good. Hope this battery will last long, time will tell. I’m pleased so far.

Just received my replacement battery for a Dell Latitude. The replacement came with screwdrivers to remove the laptop case and a plastic wedge tool to help open the case if needed. Battery provided was the exact size as the oem, and was easy to install after removing the original. The laptop powered right up without the power adapter - just the battery, as they suggested it should be done. Showed up with 68% charge on the battery. The instructions were helpful, showing how to manage the charge by letting it drop to 5%, then charge to 95%, etc. for the first few cycles. For the last two hours two I've been running updates, scans and other power intensive tasks. Battery status shows the battery draining very, very slowly. I'm only a couple hours in, and am happy with the purchase. Hopeful this will last several years. Looks like it has a one year warranty. Great price compared to oem!

I have a several year old Dell Inspiron 1558 that could not be upgraded to Win 11. So I installed Linux and it worked fine. It had the original battery and last a little over 1/2 hour on battery power. I ordered the new battery and was impressed how well fit to the Dell, easy installation. It's not a work machine so use it intermittently during the day and had no problem using it all day on battery. The reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is too early too tell about battery duration after more charging cycles.

This battery came with tools and easy to follow instructions. There were no issues from the first time I fired up my computer after the install. The battery life is typical fot this computer (marine 2 hits). Is nice to have out portable again. It’s so easy to install, much cheaper than talking to a shop. It looks like the exact same battery (manufacturers) that I took out, so I can only imagine the quality must be just as good.

I'm not sure of the quality yet as I just received this but the easiest battery replacement I have ever done it fit right plugged right in and turned right on with no error code stating wrong battery or voltage so just on that alone I'm recommending this product.

Well packaged, fit perfect, and has been holding charge while out and about for a few weeks now. Will update if theres a premature failure, but for now works exactly as intended.

I don’t even know what to say. I got the battery and connected it. Didn’t take me long and it was simple. My problem now is that (I had also purchased a new charger) when I tried to turn on the battery it said it’s dead. I plugged it in and turned it on because I needed to know the battery percentage to do the calibration. Charged it to 100% as the instructions said it needed to be first fully charged. Once it was charged and was drained to 20%, it would not charge (it showed charging and there was lights on the cable but it stayed at the same percentage. I had to reset the SME to get the battery to recognise the charge and vice versa. It started to charge. Then I did the second drain I left it at 20% and had to go on the road so I didn’t plug it in. I just got home and the battery is dead. I had to again reset the SME so the battery can recognise the charger. I had tried the charger on the previous battery before I got this one and I didn’t have a problem. I must say with the new battery the charge is longer, the battery stays charged longer and the MacBook is moving faster as well which I love. But why do I keep having to reset the SME just for my charger to be recognised.

The battery arrived on time and was simple to install. I've had this battery installed on the laptop for 3 months now and has worked flawlessly and got me through a couple of power outages. I would recommend this battery when a replacement is needed.
