What do you do if you forget your pin?

If you forgotten the pin number, you should press the RESET button on the back of the ATM bank, then input the original password "0000", after that press the ALARM/CODE button, then input your new password. you can use the new password to open it.

Can this bank count the amount of money on visa cards or gift cards from stores?

You can input the amount of the gift cards manually and can put it in the piggy bank. You just can't slide it through like you would with the cash.

How is the balance stated? We have one similar and it say “0.25 dollars” vs. “25 cents” it is causing a confusion.

It didn't work for me so I send it back to amazon
