Rhythm Clocks "Grand Encore II" Magic Motion Clock

I have had Coo Coo Clocks, Grandfather Clocks, Mantel Clocks, and a Bird Clock, but this is the most beautiful clock and sweetest sound I have ever owned. I keep it on Spiritual Music for the most part, change it to Patriotic on some days, and at Christmas will put it on Christmas music. Yes it was higher in price, and that was a big debate for me for awhile, I checked the price on other sites, many were higher than Amazon, a few even $100 to $200 for the same clock. So I ordered it. It was very well packaged for protection, easy to set up and hang on the wall. The price, well at the end of the day I always felt the way I always feel. You get what you pay for, I have seen Grandfather Clocks for $200, they work by batteries, the good ones sell for $1,000 that you wind. This particular clock is well made, and worth the price. Once you have it, you would never second guess why you bought it.

I adore this clock. The Rhythm clocks are so well crafted and the music is second to none as compared to musical clocks by other makers. This particular clock is a treat and full of small details and surprises as well as being gorgeous overall. It sounds just lovely. A great timepiece and investment. I want another different one from Rhythm for upstairs! Great packaging so no worries on shipping. Only tiny complaint is my clock came with instructions in two languages but none in English, but the clock is intuitive so no issues using it.

Beautiful clock. This is our second Ruthie Clock and we are very happy with both of them.

First one was broken, the replacement has been working great for many years now. Its very quality and sounds outstanding.

Ordered clock to replace our old one that we loved. It worked correctly for 20+ years. This clock description did not indicate a light censor but said we could manually stop music at night - clock delivered has light sensor and it only allowed music/motion to work once or twice a day even though it hung in exact place our old clock did. Returning clock, note we bought this clock because of manual switch since we had to return the first clock we ordered 2-3 weeks ago because of Same issue. Will be trying another company.

It’s working fine

A Rhythm Clock was on my bucket list for many years. My husband and I decided to buy one for our anniversary. After lots of research and reading most of the reviews to find common threads, we finally chose the Joyful Encore. It is perfect! No defects. Lovely hard grained wood, deep rich tones, sparkling crystals and movement. As with others, we wish it worked without light, but if we want to hear it at night, we simply turn on the light and dim it just enough for the clock to work. Otherwise, we let it be. Another thing scratched off my bucket list.

Clock is beautiful , but there was 3 buttons rolling around inside . For this much money it should have been better made. We took the front glass off , found the 3 buttons , found where they belong and had to put a drop of glue to hold them in place . They ended up being weights for the pendulum to swing evenly . Problem solved , thank goodness my husband can fix things .
