I will update this review when more time has passed, but here are my first impressions:1. This extract literally tastes like death mixed with battery acid and broken dreams.2. I mean it burns like a shot of Taaka vodka, chased by a glass of potpourri infused formaldehyde, with an aftertaste reminiscent of a dead hobbit's foot hair that was recently torched by dragon fire.3. Surely nothing in heaven, on earth, or hidden in the bowels of hell could survive being covered by this substance.4. I have high hopes that it will kill any viral traces in a person's throat, so long as the person can survive the treatment.If you don't hear back from me, it means I've succumbed to the spray. Godspeed to us all.*** Update: I've been in Portugal the past 3 weeks and watched two friends get sick (one of them while sharing an Airbnb with me). I'm happy to say that I have avoided catching any illness! I attribute a lot of this to the vile brown spray above. ***

This does taste horrible, but when we get that slight feeling of throat irritation signaling the onset of a sore-throat, spray this, and the irritation goes away in a couple of hours. COVID researches emphasize the fact that the virus stays in the throat for sometime before going to the lungs wreaking havoc. And Echinacea has the potential to kill viruses in the throat. Google echinacea, covid, research etc., you will see ton of research papers. And this spray has Echinacea in it. I spray this in the throat when I go out and come back home just to be safe.

I have had a bad sore throat for quite some time. I spent hours searching for things that would give me even minutes of relief. My friend recommended Echinacea tea to me and upon researching it, I discovered this product.Man... the other reviewers are not exaggerating when they mention how bad it tastes. It literally tastes like you’re spraying liquified old socks into your mouth. It was so bad that it was comical, I was laughing the whole time. And it burns.It’s pretty tough to tell immediately if it’s working or not, because it gives my throat it’s own brand of pain that distracts me from my sore throat. But after the pain subsided I was kind of impressed by because I did feel slightly better. The soreness was still there but it didn’t bother me half as much.However, I used the product as it was directed, and felt a few days after that the areas that I’d spray the liquid onto were a bit white and tender. As if they actually were recovering from a burn. This made me a bit uncomfortable and was pretty annoying, so I’m not sure I’ll ever use it again unless the situation absolutely calls for it, but I would recommend it to other people that are looking for a solution as I was. I've been using this product for a while as my "go-to" when I get a sore throat.Just use as directed - I think it's like 2-3 sprays into the back of your throat - I use it a few times a day when I start to feel a cold coming on. If you use it consistently, it definitely helps keep the "full blown" cold a bay.The product contains goldenseal - which if you've never had it, is extremely bitter. So don't expect this product to taste good - it definitely is not a pleasant flavor - but then again make sure you're spraying your throat/back of your mouth and don't get it on your tongue.I highly recommend this product!

This is now one of my must haves. Granted the taste is the best. However, I understand the benefits, so after the first dosage, I’m good with it. I’ve since told numerous people about my experience and they have since tried it as well.Tip: wipe spray area after each use, or it will begin to have build up around the nozzle, causing it not to spray evenly.

Whenever I start to get a sore throat I use this and it knocks out anything that was trying to happen! I'm a singer, so throat health is very important. I keep this in my purse at all times! Great for fighting stuff off in the cold/flu season.

Holy crap, is this stuff bad tasting, lol! It’s like taking a shot of the cheapest worst alcohol with nothing to chase it down with. I too am in the camp where I still don’t know if it’s working. But it tastes so darn bad that I’m assuming and hoping that it is doing something! I apologize to my poor body for putting it through the use of this spray! Prepare yourself and brace for impact! Also cold or hot... neither helps the taste. It’s a bully!

I've been using it for years now and love that I can carry it with me and take a couple of sprays when I'm in crowds. I really do believe it helps my immune system fight off germs. It does taste awful but if it works, so what?
