No. Slightly different sized opening. 421462 has an opening (the ring that snaps to the pouch) of 2-3/4" (70mm) and this one,125265, has 2-1/4" (57mm) opening (a little smaller).

does this work for ref#411805 or #413423?

I'm not 100% sure but if the flange is 2 1/4 (57mm) and the pouch has the same dimensions I would say yes and only if they are the same brand (Convatec Sur-fit).

No I don't think so. The skin barrier (125265) has a 2 1/4" flange, and the pouch 401546 has a 2 3/4" flange, slightly larger than the flange on the skin barrier you are asking about. Always check the size of the flange and make sure both appliances are the same size at the attach points.
