My Alienware didn't like it (now the new one does)
Update 11/8/2022:The support team reach to me to figure out what could be going on with my battery, and they sent me another one to replace the original faulty. This one worked without complaining at all. So far so good, thank you guys. Will post later on the longevity of the battery and hopefully it will last enough.Original: For some reason the battery wasn't recognize and didn't allow to use it. Not sure if there is another trick to make it work but unfortunately this one didn't do it for me. I guess there is no way i might be able to make my alienware work with a battery anymore. At least i give it a try but now i have cool paperweight.

3 pins in the connector were loose
Whoever made this connection, obviously did not check to work. Due to this faulty connection the battery would not charge. Why Amazon has the company as a supplier is beyond me.

Good for Alienware 14
Working perfectly in my Alienware 14. Appears brand new and neatly packaged with two screwdrivers. Zero system errors, fully compatible. Diagnostics says battery was manufactured this year and has zero charge cycles on it. First full rundown lasted 2 hours with web browsing. Good enough for me. I just need a battery that works so I can move from room to room, safely shutdown when necessary, and perform BIOS updates. Super low price and its performing fantastically.

Works as promised
Bought this one because the battery is made in Japan. One poster said a lot are made in China even tho the listing says made in Japan. He recommended this one.

Excellent replacement for AlienWare laptop. Great Customer Service when 1st one failed at week 3.
Slightly less capacity and run time, but being literally hundreds cheaper than OEM, who cares? The prices for parts for AlienWare notebooks are insane. This 30 dollar battery will do.Note: the first battery failed after 3 weeks and just discharged and refused to charge.I contacted the company, not expecting much since thats how it generally goes with Amazon electronics from overseas, but was pleasantly surprised by a nearly instant response and had a new one in 2 days.The new one has been fine for several months.
