I've used this calcium supplement for over 9 years. It brought up my low lab results. They are packaged well. Every once in a while I find 1 broken tablet in the bottle, but it's not a big deal. Because they contain 3 things (calcium, magnesium & zinc), they are a little on the large side. I do not have a problem swallowing them one at a time, but I could see it as an issue for someone who doesn't swallow pills well for whatever reason.

I've been taking these for many years. I notice a difference in my nails. Also, I seem to be more resistant to catching what's going around (I think the zinc helps with immune support).

Big pills but has helped relieve some aging symptoms
Great value. They are huge horse pills and you have to take two so prep for that. Lol As I near 40, I have felt better after a month of taking this. I will continue it's use.

I had no problem taking these. I think people are being a little bit dramatic about the size. Just take it with some type of milk and it goes down really easily. I’ve had no problems.. y’all know you swallow bigger chunks of food than this. Quit playin 😂
