Nicely balanced
The Icelandic name and the white paper wrapper seemed like a marketing gimmick to me, but I was delighted with this chocolate, one of the best 70% cocoa I've had at a reasonable price. The salting is subtle and helps the flavor, which is on the caramel/vanilla side, rather than fruity. Very low bitterness and high smoothness for a 70%.

Superb dark chocolate ESP with sea salt crunch
I love they are dark chocolate but especially the 1 with the Cecil. Very hard to find it in stock but highly recommended. Not your typical skinny chunk of chocolate bar either

Delicious dark chocolate with bits of salt inside!
The crunch of the salt really makes this chocolate special. The thick bar makes even one square very satisfying.

Tastes like it's description. If you don't like the bitterness of real dark chocolate, this is not for you.

I don't know if this is technically "good" chocolate or not, but I love it. I initially purchased it because it was so cheap compared to the other bars at Whole Foods. The 70% with Sea Salt is my favorite. Just the right balance of bitter, sweet and salty. The plain 70% Extra Bitter is good too.

My favorite chocolate bar. So unbelievably good! The flakes of salt make it addicting! But I love the size of the squares, it's easy just to break off a small piece.
