Is th corn syrup GMO?

The corn syrup in this product is GMO. 90% of the items we self-produce are Non-GMO. We are committed to sourcing raw materials for developing new products with non-GMO ingredients whenever practical. We also require our suppliers to submit documentation on the GMO-status of their products and continue to look for alternatives for products that contain GMO ingredients.

Can i put this onto brownie batter and bake it?

I wouldn't ruin the brownie batter with this. This was a very disappointing caramel sauce and I don't recommend it. Trader Joe's has a much better quality product. Although i have never put it on top of brownie batter, I think it would be worth a try.

Is the sauce thick or thin?

Thick, especially when refrigerated - warm it up to thin it.

Blackberry jam with seeds?

I like blackberry and raspberry jams with seeds, but I haven't tried either from Stonewall. I can say that the salted caramel sauce is excellent. As is every Stonewall product I've tasted.

Good stuff.

It was good but we had to give it away. My husband had heart issues and can no longer eat things like this and I can't either, allergies to chocolate. I think the people who got it were thrilled! Such is life.

Delicious and did not affect my Celiac.!! Even though it does not claim Gluten Free

Caramel has been my "Go To" for a sweet snack all of my life. We used to make it with brown sugar , butter and cream when we were kids. My local store stopped carrying Stonewall so I went to my old "stand-by" Amazon. And there you were. I love all of ypur sauces but caramel is my favorite. I even sent a jar to my sister in MN. And she loved it and now knows where to find it. Keep up the good work!!

You could make better stuff at home.

I am not sure how to describe the taste of this sauce, but it does not taste remotely like salty caramel. It's bland, not very thick or rich, and overall tastes artificial. However, I'm only so disappointed because the Stonewall Kitchen Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel sauce was so good, I've bought at least 3-4 jars and keep running out.

I found this product in a gift shop while on vacation. We ate it on ice-cream and dipped apples in it. I was excited to find it again on Amazon. We don't have to wait till vacation to buy it again. I ordered several. They arrived well packaged. My family loves it and we will continue to order it.

Bad taste

I bought this because it was gluten free but none of us, seven, liked the taste of the caramel. I have purchased pepper jam from this brand that is great but will not buy the caramel again. It is not worth the price because it was awful.
