I was diagnosed with dry eye and blepharitis last year and have been taking multiple eye drops at great expense plus an eye mask for sleeping. It is a miserable existence as anyone with the condition will know. I went for a hospital eye check up 3 weeks ago and saw the consultant who suggested I use a tea tree product for eye hygiene and recommended optase. For me this has been a game changer, you only need a tiny speck amount, rub it in to both eyelids with a little water, eyes closed then rinse off twice a day. No more itchy, dry lids or blocked glands causing the dry scratchy feeling. I am supposed to use my eye drops during the day but keep forgetting because my eyes feel so good. I no longer wake up with eye lids stuck together and scratchy. I can't say it will work for all but for me it have made a massive difference..I can wear eye makeup again and my eye lashes are growing back!

I was somewhat sceptical as to whether these kind of products are really effective. But I have to say that after just one use, my eyes felt less dry, irritated and gritty (on a very low humidity spring day in April - just 40%!). In fact they felt hydrated, clean and refreshed. If used in accordance with instructions, they are really good. And like all external use products, don't put them in open eyes and what as surprise, they don't sting. Yes quite pricey, but there are other closed eye sprays out their by well known brands which are even more expensive. I recommend this product for dry eye blepharitis suffers.

The box arrived open and creased, but the bottle wasn't damage, and it's fine. This gel works well for my eye itchiness, I have struggled with that for couple of years, then the optitian has prescribed me this gel. I can see a significant improvement after using it 3 month 3 times a day!

I have been using this product every morning and evening for 2 months and so far it has kept my eyes free of itchy and film. I recommend. Long lasting.

I used to swear by this product whenever my blepharitis flared up, only when my eyelids inflamed, I’m not so sure what has changed from then to now but it’s been causing weird peeling on my eyelids since using it again, the kind of sensation that made my eyelids feel tight and stiff, it wasn’t relieving me from my symptoms. My eyelids skin barely tolerate it for one use not sure if it would survive twice daily. Do a patch test before using. But for now I don’t recommend
