“Real absorption you can actually notice”
I bought this towel because I wanted something truly absorbent for different uses at home, especially for drying my car and it exceeded my expectations. From the first use, I noticed it holds a lot of water without needing constant wringing. I’ve used it for several things, but it really stands out when drying the car: fewer streaks and much faster results. The size also helps cover more surface quickly. It feels durable and holds up well over time. Simple but very practica, definitely a good buy.

Great for cars and household use
I originally grabbed some of these the Absorber cloths just to dry off my car, and it works like an absolute charm. The material is totally scratch-resistant and glides right over the paint without leaving a single swirl or streak behind. But honestly, it’s also become my favorite tool for quick household cleaning and wiping down random spills inside the house. The amount of water this thing holds is crazy, and it stores away super easily in its little plastic tube. Considering how much use I get out of these cloths between the car and the house, it is seriously a great value for the money. If you want a quick, spotless dry without worrying about scratches, you won't regret picking one up.

Streak free drying for car washing
For a nice, steak-free wash, the absorber is the way to go. Dries the car easily and there are not water spots afterwards. Works well on the windows too.

Drying better than a chamois
This works amazingly well for drying autos and it doesn’t leave any streaks. Folds easily for storage in container. Great value.

For windows only
Picks up water quickly and thoroughly. Great for windows, but not for paint. It could drag any dirt particles along and press them against the surface.

This Thing Drank the Water Off My Car
I don’t know what kind of wizardry this cloth uses, but it might be more absorbent than my ex’s red flags. I wiped my car once and it looked like I spent 45 minutes detailing it. The Absorber basically slurps water off the surface—no streaks, no scratches, no drama. Super soft, easy to wring out, and it makes drying a full car stupid fast. If you’re tired of microfiber towels pretending to help, this one actually shows up to work. Pros: Absorbs water like it’s dehydrated No streaks or lint Gentle on the paint Makes car washing feel professional Cons: Hard not to flex your shiny car afterward Would I buy again? Already considering keeping one in the trunk like an emergency glow-up tool.

Works Great at drying off my dogs at bath time!
I first saw this towel being used by pet groomer Vanessa on her YouTube channel, "Girl with The Dogs 2," to dry off pets after being bathed. She said that these effectively absorbed water from their wet coats. I have used the absorber for drying my vehicle before and thought, "what a great idea for quickly drying my dogs." So I tried it and it works great for this also! Just dry them off just like using a towel and then ring out the water by twisting and fold and put back in the storage tube for next time. Highly recommend.

My wife is insane about this thing.
My wife was extremely pleased to find that this item is Made in Japan--both because she takes it as a sign of quality and because she's Made in Japan herself. We're also familiar with this kind of product in Japan, where it's called a "gum towel." I bought two actually, one for her and one for me to use on my bicycles--thinking it would be something like a super absorbant chamois rather than a gum towel. It's certainly super absorbant, but doesn't have the chamois quality I would need to, say, polish my bike frames. That is to say it's more sticky than soft, more like a piece of foam rubber or neoprene than a cloth. So if I just hosed down the bike while cleaning and wanted to get on with the next steps of polishing and relubing, this towel is a great way to dry the bike when it's neither hot nor dry enough of a day for the bike to dry out on it's own in a fair amount of time. It really draws the water out too, from every knook and cranny, so no need to use DW-40 before lubing my nice clean parts. My wife uses ours for everything from picking up spills to quickly drying wet clothing that can't go in the dryer. If you wash a sweater for example, it's best to roll it up in the Absorber before laying it out to dry, as this will cut your drying time to at least half and make it less of a hazard that the sweater will get out of shape. We use my far more grungy one as you might use a wet vac. It actually does a better job than a wet vac though. Add that I've used several gum towels in Japan, mostly for swimming, and this is by far the thickest one I've used--therefore more absorbant. And at 27" x 17" it's big enough to be used as a bath towel without having to ring it out over and over again. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend this particular make and model over others simply based on the large size and the thickness of the towel. Don't expect to use this to polish or dust, as the texture of the towel is far too sticky for that. I initially searched for the Sham-Wow on Amazon because I had seen it on TV, and still would like to try it out because it seems like it might be more chamois like--where you could wipe and polish with it. Overall, we're thrilled with the quality, size, and how well this item works. Absolutely 5 stars.

Resistente. Massima assorbenza.
Utile x chi fa sport, x asciugarsi dopo la doccia senza disidratare la pelle. Lo usano nuotatori/tuffatori. È resistentissimo: Ne ho uno da anni. Assorbe moltissimo.
