Is this good for covering stitches?

It should be. My mom used it to cover her G-tube for baths. Just make sure to put gauze or something over where the stitch is otherwise you'll have to peal this product off the stitch. It is basically a film of adhesive, you will have to cover what you don't want to stick to the product.

I have a skin graft and tegaderm came off. Would this work? Is easy to take off?

I also had a skin graft and used tegaderm. I used this product only during showers and then took it off after the shower. I also made sure that this is about double the size of my tegaderm to make sure that the skin graft was sufficiently protected from water.
