Does everything sugar does, just don't eat large amounts!
The sweetener most like sugar, best of all. It looks like sugar, tastes like sugar, it behaves like sugar, and it can be used as sugar for all baking, in tea and coffee, . One added bonus - it cures constipation, so don't eat lots!

Great product but like all substitutes ,you pay through the nose for them. Really cant tell it's not sugar.
