Let me tell you this HOPLYNN Sauna Sweat Waist Trainer had me sweating like I owed it money. The moment I strapped it on, I felt the heat turn up, and not just from the mirror. It hugs you snatched but not suffocated. I wear it during my workouts and even while doing chores around the house by the time I’m done, I’m dripping like I just ran laps in the Sahara. If sweat is fat crying, then mine’s having a full-on breakdown. The double compression is chef’s kiss keeps everything tight, secure, and smooth under clothes. I’ve noticed my posture improving too (which my back is eternally thankful for). And it doesn’t roll up like some of those cheap wannabes. Post-gastric bypass? This thing’s been helping me feel supported and confident as my body's adjusting. It’s like a sweaty hug that cheers me on. If you’re serious about sweating it out and cinching it in, this one’s worth every drop.

An exceptional product which provides comfort and support. It could be used at all times without feeling too restrained in any sort of activity while still doing its job. I've had my fair share with many waist trainers, many causing stressed feelings or pain from the wires which would either protrude outside of my clothing and become visible or protrude from the inside and poke my sides. The negatives of those waist trainers would lead to me wearing them for about half an hour max because of those cons. I would also feel like a muffin because of the fat bulging from the top parts while being slim from the abdominal area. With this product I don't have those problems since it's a vest, my abdominal, lower and upper back fat are covered. This creates a smooth look. I use this trainer for about 8 hrs without any problem. You could wear this under loose clothing without the actual trainer being seen. For size reference, I weigh 205, I'm 5'5, medium build and the vest was a perfect fit.

First - I was either sent an incorrect size by mistake, or the size chart is wrong and you need to size down. Based on other reviews, I think I was sent the wrong size (which I will be returning). However! It's GREAT quality for the price. There are 3 rows of front hooks, so you can adjust the level of tightness as needed - so if you need it looser on your hips but tighter on your waist, you can do that with the hooks alone. The 2 belts have velcro across most of it, so you can adjust that a lot. Having 2 belts vs 1 also gives you more control. The shoulder straps did not fit me due to incorrect sizing so I won't comment on it. Potential downsides- the neoprene is very thin. This could be a positive if you plan on exercising in it, but since it's so thin, there was almost no compression in the back, and most of it was focused in the front. Since its too big for me a correct size might offer correct compression, but since the belt only wrapped around the front vs all around, I think it will still be 100% front focused, if you're looking for back support/compression garment/full waist slimming vs just holding your front and sides in. Overall, quality is incredible for the price, and there's a lot of flexibility for different body types. I will reorder it in my correct size

It cinched me well. Wish the back had more fabric to hold in the upper back fat but it doesn't matter since the back fat gonna slowly melt away with consistency. I would recommend since it has enough length to cover the fupa. I bought an xl and it fit perfectly on the 1st hook, cuz you know, when it moves to the 2nd row a girl know that six pack coming in(lol). I'm 210 and it fits comfortable enough that I can breathe but still feel it contract when I exercise. I get sweaty but the material itself is breathable. It was easy to put on in front of a mirror, without the mirror it's a struggle and my waist trainer didn't have a smell so that's a plus.

Got this trainer few days ago, use it for the first time today. I was expecting for this waist trainer to fit snugged because I bought my correct size, which is medium. I workout in it & it keeps blugging up therefore I have to keep pulling it down, which is annoying. Only reason why I won't return is because I sweat in it. To other customers I'd recommend you purchase a size down. The quality of product is fairly decent, will see how it keep up. Will update

I try to be very honest when I write my reviews on the things I have purchased because I believe that an honest review saves time for others and also for the company. This product arrived yesterday and I bought the size Medium based on what was said in some of the reviews I read and You can see from the photo I was able to take. I had to butter it slightly different to get a decent fit and still was not able to adjust properly. So when I tried this product the following things came to my attention. 1 the material is very thin and not very durable for a daily training session. 2. The belt design in the front is a bad design because it does not extend to the back, tightening the belt causes the back to pull and bend ... this creates creases and folds that rub into the flesh and causes irritation and bruising of the skin. Very uncomfortable! 3. This is not for people with curves as they will not fit properly and will be loose in places you have more shape. 4.This belt does not give you the support you need for an energetic workout due to the design and fabric. In short. If you are skinny and only have a little belly or love handles, buy this belt. If you have 5-10 maybe and I say maybe 15 pounds to lose, buy this product it will fit you more comfortably. I will return it!
