I hardly do reviews, but this stuff was awesome. Just like mom used to make. They need to ship it in a cardboard box, and not in an Amazin bag, so the box does not get damaged. Will definitely buy again. Their cornbread is also delicious.

The recipe was easy to follow although I never follow one too strictly. I always add something to make it my own but still keeping it simple. I added cranberries to the banana bread for a little extra flavor and tartness. It came out fluffy and moist and most of all tasted great. I have a dairy allergy and would try to make it vegan next time replacing the eggs with ground flax and water but will probably use the plain gluten free flour from the same brand. I would definitely recommend this product if you are gluten intolerant or have celiac's disease.

Sorry I have tried three brands of banana bread. This one is very moist but even with using 4 mashed bananas in the recipe the banana flavor was weak.

Gluten Free, Rice Free Zucchini Bread Mix – I made this mix into 24 regular sized muffins but they were small (did not rise as much as expected). It was easy to make but did need the addition of fresh grated zucchini, as well as eggs and oil. It had a good flavour but it was a little non-descript. After giving it some thought, I could taste the squash flavour but did not know it was zucchini bread due to the flavoured flours (cassava, coconut) and cinnamon. Overall, the flavour of the muffin was pleasing but not amazing. Adding some walnuts may help boost the flavour. The muffins were baked for 21 minutes (20-25 min time stated on the box) as they were springy at that time, but they could have been baked for longer because the next morning they were very moist (densely so). Overall I do recommend this product and other gluten-free muffin mixes on gfmanna.com

I love it. I’ve always looked for cornbread in Canada and unfortunately I can’t find in stores. So this worked well for me. I’ll definitely order again
