Can this be used on the eye area as well?

I use this under my eyes but I always follow up with my eye cream as normal. If you aren't using a dedicated eye cream then I suggest the eye cream from this line as it is good too. If you already have an eye cream though you can put this under the eyes and then layer your eye cream on top of it since this is a serum. It won't take the place of an eye cream but can be layered under it. Just make sure not to put it too close to the eye.

Is this truly the newest version? I have ordered this three times and I keep getting the original one-old, oxidized & smelly

As far as I know, it is the newest because I also noticed some deterioration in previous version. The delivery method is also different. . .a different kind of pump and larger bottle. I will be happy to answer this again after using a while. I've only had it about 10 days.
