I bought these for processing wood and handling my portable stove, and they haven't disappointed. DURABILITY: The leather is thick enough to protect against thorns and splinters but soft enough that you don't lose all your dexterity. I use these for handling my REDCAMP wood stove when it's hot, and they provide excellent heat protection for quick adjustments. FIT: The sizing is accurate (I got the Medium), and the elasticated wrist keeps them secure so debris doesn't fall inside. They feel "broken in" almost immediately. PROS: + Genuine leather with great thorn protection + Decent heat resistance for campfire chores + Comfortable fit with good dexterity + Excellent price point CONS: - They are leather, so they’ll take a while to dry if they get soaked through in the rain. VERDICT: Great bit of kit for anyone doing bushcraft or just wanting to protect their hands while setting up camp. Much better than the cheap synthetic alternatives.

Ok so I’ve only had these on for an hour, but that’s all I need so far to be very impressed. I’m an ex-publican who has been using my old cellar gloves for the past five years, they’ve been excellent though a little bulky for gardening, both pairs now have holes which let in the thorns. I purchased them after much research, these difficult times have limited my expenditure, a tenner was my limit, these gloves feel and provide dexterity and thorn protection that one would I believe find hard to find in a more expensive alternative. There’s no lining, no loss really as they are soft and very comfortable. I’ve just given them a thorough one hour test, aggressively pulling up brambles and winding them round my hands for greater purchase to extract partial root. I didn’t feel a thing and there’s barely a mark on the leather. First impressions are of great satisfaction, protection and comfort, the toggle stops bits falling into the glove itself, and they look great. I have a larger garden clearance ahead and I’m sure they’ll be up to it, if not I’ll re-post. For ten quid who can argue, I’d honestly have two pairs a year but I can’t see them not lasting. I’m an average sized bloke of five foot ten, I wear a fabric support on my hand owing to an occasionally dislocating thumb, I purchased the Extra Large and they fit both hands perfectly, one could say they fit like a glove..... Happy cut-free days :-)

Purchased for my son who has very large hands. One of the few pairs stated as XL that actually fit! Uses them for garden work including brambles plus some building tasks. They have become his much requested birthday present!

Very effective against thorns and soft leather is comfortable and flexible to work with.The adjustable toggle is a great feature.A bit large for a woman's hand but still very workable.

Handschuhe finde ich super für die normale Gartenarbeit. Die Hände sind geschützt und bleiben sauber. Beim Verlegen von Steinen oder Mauersteinen, kommen die Handschuhe aber an die Grenzen und gehen sehr schnell kaputt.

Guantes de excelente calidad. Cuando los compre (Hace 3 años) buscaba unos guantes que me durasen. Estaba cansado de tener que cambiarlos cada pocos meses. Cuestan un poco más pero valen la pena.
