Did they stop including winter peas in this mixture? I bought a bag and it just says oats and brassicas on the front.
Can you provide a breakdown on its composition? I can't seem to find it on the whitetail institute website. thanks.
I'm in a valley that only sees about 10 hours of good Sun. Will those work for me?
What's the seed breakdown in the bag?

Very easy to apply

I have not had this germinate as of yet ( planted on 8-6-23) BUT it isn’t the WTI’s fault we just have not had ANY rain in WI in August or so far in September. I am hoping that we get some rain here soon for hunting as it opens next weekend…

GREAT PRODUCT

I am a weekend warrior who tries to do everything in my power to help the deer herd on our family farm. I planted this in may before a rain on a seed bed I wasn’t 100% satisfied and confident with but due to time constraints I went for it and man did it exceed expectations. I was amazed that by opening day of bow season it was 8+ feet tall in some areas and it definitely concealed me walking behind. I would say every section was 6 or more feet tall and thick but I did plant it in an open field where it received sunlight all day. Give this product a try I really have only had luck with whitetail institute products.

Awesome food plot

Used this for the first time last year, using again this year. Only have a small area to work with and mineral blocks and baiting is illegal while hunting in PA. We are aloud to hunt over food plots. This stuff draws them in. Made an 8'x20' plot at the end of August and the deer were in it at the beginning of October. The deer were still working this plot when I replanted this year. Love it.

Not My Favorite WTI product but late season will work

Have used 5 different whitetail I products and this is by far least favorite. I had mostly grass come up and never eaten. My Winter Greens and Clover plots all did fine. I limed and Fert. but really only have green grass that was never eaten. As of Nov. 8 2018 they did eat any of the non grass items but grass is 80% of the plot. Never again. I'll do Winter Greens with some clover next year. Cost indicates lots of cheap grass seed and it showed. Planted in Midcoast Maine. Update March 2019, we received snow mid November and I did have deer eat everything once snow was on the ground. Probably a good very late season plot after most food sources gone.

Great product

I use this as a barrier wall and it works very well throughout bow season and the hard winter. It gets 7 ft tall plus. In the picture where it's closer to the trees it only grew about 5 ft due to getting less sun. I would definitely recommend this product.
