Sorry for the long review: I found this item during my search for a "sporty black women’s bracelet" that I could wear ALL of the time with little-to-no maintenance (to match the black watchband on the other arm). I live in a hot and humid area, so I did not want anything that could turn "green" or break in a few weeks. I was not really looking for magnets--but this caught my eye. So I researched and purchased this quality item! I have now worn this bracelet for 3 weeks continuously, so here is my review. The women’s bracelet is only about 0.4 inches wide - so it does look nice without being too big. YES, a sizing tool is included. I did need to remove a few links and the first attempt was a little difficult because the needle pins for the women's bracelet are so small. Here are my recommendations from my experience: 1) First, watch the video--but allow me to suggest changes. 2) Scotch tape is very useful. TO REMOVE LINKS: Align the bracelet in the sizing tool as shown in the video- remove from the middle not the end of the bracelet next to the clasp. If the bracelet keeps jumping out of the sizing tool, use the edge of a small piece of tape to hold it in place, but do not cover the hole. Carefully align the sizer to push the needle pin out—make sure you are pushing from the correct smaller side upward. TO PUT BACK TOGETHER: Since the needle pins for the women’s bracelets are so small (hard to hold with fingers or tweezers) put the edge of a small piece of tape on the "fat end tip" of the needle pin, which allows you to hold the 2 sections of the bracelet together with your other hand and then use the tape to drop the needle pin into the bracelet. You can also use tape to help you hold the bottom end of the bracelet together as you drop the needle pin in from the top. Once the needle pin is in the hole you can carefully remove the tape and push the needle pin downward. PUSHING NEEDLE PIN DOWN INTO BRACELET: I messed us on the first attempt, which caused the head of the needle pin to expand (flatten) and not go down into the hole. Be careful when doing this! On second attempt with a new needle pin, I did use tape, got it into the hole deeper, and then used soft tweezers to the needle pin down. The clasp is holding firmly with no problems, even wearing it all of the time. 3) I did contact customer service for 2 additional needle pins-- just in case I needed them in the future. Prompt response and I did receive them. Thank you, customer service! 4) Does it provide a medical benefit? I really do not know at this time. 5) The MagnetRX women's ultra strength black titanium bracelet is sporty-looking, comfortable, durable, low maintenance, and the clasp has remained firm- even after sizing, Therefore, it meets my expectations. I have ordered 3 of these over a few years, mine & gifts, I broke 2 bones in my wrist & let me tell you this magnetic bracelet helps the ache in my wrist. I know for a fact because I lost my magnetic bracelet for a few days I couldn't find it & my wrist hurt like crazy, I ordered another one then I found my original one & I won't never stop wearing it.

I have been wearing my bracelet for 2 1/2 weeks now. I made my ordered after reading many reviews of people who have purchased them. For the past year I've had swollen ankles, the left one swelling up to 9 inches and the right to 8 1/2 inches every evening. After wearing the bracelet for the one week my left ankle went down to 8 1/2 inches by evening. Need to mention while sleeping all the swelling goes down to 8 inches on both ankles, this being my normal size. As of today, my left ankle only swells to 8 1/4 inches and the other is remaining at 8 inches by evening. I'm a believer. It's definitely working. I'm glad I ordered and gave this a try. The only thing is that I would have liked the clasp to be of magnets. If my bracelet would get hung up on something, then it would be able to snap open. As for the tool. I can understand the negative comments people are having about it. I watched and read the instruction a few times each. I spent a long time trying to manipulate everything. Meanly being it was hard to see what I was doing. By the way, I do like the spring pad that helps to align the pin to the punch. Finally, when I got out my good directional light and used my eye magnifying glass (any hands-free magnifying glass would help) it was a piece of cake. The pins look like very small cotter pins, one side flat and the other split. I made sure when I pushed the pin out on the flat side, I was careful to insert it back the same way it was pushed out. Very pleased with my purchase. It's a very attractive bracelet, so light weight I can't feel wearing it. Sylvia S

Beautiful and well made but if you need links removed take it to your jeweler. Not as easy to remove as it sounds in the directions and those little pins are hard to find on the counter.

If it fits out of the box good.l for you. If you’re small and need to adjust it plan on spending a couple of hours doing it. I’ve adjusted numerous bands like this and this by far is the hardest one I’ve done. The tool sent with the bracelet doesn’t work. The thickness the of the bracelet versus the height of the pin on the tool doesn’t line up. Luckily I had another one that worked. I’ve adjusted mine a couple of times and found it’s either too lose or too small. For me it was a wast of money.

I had bought a couple others that did nothing .. After talking to someone who loved there’s I decided to try again .. The description in this particular bracelet said “Ultra Strength” which won me over .. I’ve been wearing this faithfully, only comes off if I’m showering or going into the pool .. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for years due to certain health issues including Adult onset Scoliosis .. I’ve had this 2 weeks and within the first week I couldn’t believe how much better I started to feel and I continue to feel improvement .. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this magnetic bracelet! I removed 3 links so it fits snug so I feel I am getting the most benefit from it .. Thank you Magnet RX!

I have over a decade of experience promoting and selling magnetic devices and after getting 'the pandemic disease "C" twice developed issues. My wife and I started having frequent and painful cramps in our toes and legs. It takes aprox. 3 weeks then you feel a change. If I would have never seen a medical paper on wearing strong magnets I would have never bought it. I did not believe in things like that. But it does work and helps against pain.

Het is een mooie armband. Ben er blij mee! Foto klopt ook met het product. Schakels inkorten heb ik niet geprobeerd omdat hij goed past. Jammer alleen dat de beschrijving voor het inkorten van schakels niet in het Nederlands is.

Un moderno sportivo braccialetto. Leggero e facile da allacciare anche da soli. L'ho indossato già da un po' di tempo ma non ho visto nessun "beneficio sanitario". Comunque continuo a portarlo perché esteticamente mi piace.
