My family loves mangos. I used to purchase them often at Costco. However for the past year or so the mangos they are getting in aren't not nearly as sweet or the texture as firm as they usually are. I am not buying them because they are unripe tasting yet are ripe to touch and stringy inside. Not good. By the way, if you do have good mangos at your location but just hate peeling them then you need one of the these: OXO Good Grips Mango Splitter . This OXO mango peeler has to be one of the best inventions ever. It makes slicing a mango in half and removing the seed OH SO EASY! So without a good supply of fresh mangos, I found these from Peeled Snacks out of NY. These are ORGANIC MANGOS and they are very delicious. My kids love them as much as the fresh ones. The flavor is concentrated and sweet. The mangos are dry to the touch which keeps them from being sticky in your hands. I just enjoyed a bag of them right before writing this review and did not have to wash my hands before typing. Enjoying them is a no mess pleasure. You can take them with you just about anywhere. They makes especially good lunch additions. I am going to put these on my subscribe and save list! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

These mango slices are delish. Most of the mango pieces are plump and naturally sweet, and they are the perfect item to throw in your bag/purse/whatever before you head out for several hours. Every once in a while I'll get a piece that tastes fermented (and more bitter than sweet), but that is not enough to deter me from considering it a great product. I just wish as another option they came packaged in larger quantities! I'm a big reuse/recycle nut, and individually packaged, non-reusable bags are not my fav.

I was not a mango eater before this product. We bought peeled snacks after realizing that there was no added sugar. The taste is terrific. My husband eats this as part of his evening "snacks" part of his weight loss diet. He usually eats about a half serving at a time along with other foods like cheese. This product is worth the money if you care about something that tastes great and does not have added sugar. It can be kept without refrigeration which makes it great for use in the car. The product also keeps well in the resealable pack.

I have tried dried mango from several different companies, and this is the best mango you can find. It's organic, so no bad stuff - I have an allergy to the preservatives that are typically added to dried fruit. Great price - amazon did not use to have these, so I paid twice as much buying these from peeled snacks directly. Now, with subscribe and save and amazon mom, the price cannot be beat. I keep checking for family size bags of mango and other fruits I like from peeled snacks - I hope they get added to amazon stock at some point. Great taste, great price - love these! Once you try peeled snacks, you will never go back to dried fruit with added coloring and preservatives.

I first noticed this brand at an airport and although the nearly $8 per bag was a little steep for two servings of dry mango, I decided to buy it anyway so I could compare the taste to another brand I'd found at Target. Well, I LOVED it. The pieces tasted fresh, and I couldn't get enough so I proceeded to buy more each time I was at the airport (which, as a flight attendant is a lot). I finally decided $8 per bag was way out of my budget so I was super excited when I found the brand on Amazon for what seemed to be a way more affordable price. This is the most disappointed I've ever been in a purchase I've made on Amazon. I don't know if they manufacture these packages differently to what they sell in the airport, but as soon as you open the bag there's a strong foul stench and the pieces of mango are covered in what looks like fuzzy white coating. It could be that the bags are long past their expiration date, etc, I'm not sure. What I do know is that I will definitely NOT be purchasing these again and I recommend anyone else considering it to just save their money.

Rating 3 stars because of the inconsistency in quality. I bought one box and it was amazing. The fruit was nice colored, sweet, and overall very good. Second box I bought and the fruit is all discolored, very bitter, and I'm thinking they may have used rotten fruit from the color and taste of it. I'm 3 bags in and don't think I have the stomach to try the rest of this box. I'd love to say I would but this product again, but most likely won't due to this second box being so horrid. And $20 is a lot to spend on packaged fruit snacks so I expect a quality product each time I order. Really sad since the first box has me dreaming of this second one, only to have so much nasty tasting fruit :(
